As much as I would like to be basic and leave this place a bad review, I had a surprisingly good experience with their service department. I wanted to get the hyundai recall stuff done on my 2014 elantra and this was the closest place to my house in Westchester that offered it. It was super easy to make an appointment when it was convenient for me to bring it in. I liked that what they wanted you to do with the car was clearly displayed as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. It's like a valet type situation where I just drove up to the door and they took it from there. I elected to wait for the service to be done and I was directed upstairs. The waiting area is much bigger than I am used to with a bunch of different kinds of seating. They even had a table where I was able to get work done on my ipad. As soon as I checked in on yelp, I noticed the multiple bad reviews and started getting nervous. The multiple bad reviews did provide quite a bit of entertainment for me while I waited for at least 20 minutes. The whole thing took about an hour. I was also pleasantly surprised that they did another warranty thing without me even knowing about it or asking for it. I've been a customer at Tasca Hyundai for almost 10 years, across three cars. They've always been my go-to for service, repairs, and general car issues, and I've consistently left happy. When I heard about the new ownership, I was a little hesitant. I just came in for my first service since the change, and I was glad to see the same staff still there -- they're as polite and professional as ever, which is honestly one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. That said, one thing has changed that disappointed me: they used to send customers next door for a free car wash voucher since they couldn't wash cars on site. Under the new ownership, that's stopped. I was told it's a "transition" while they build out their own car wash, but in the meantime, I'd expect the same level of service customers have always gotten, not a reduction while they get their new setup in place. There are other Hyundai dealerships closer to me, but I've always chosen Tasca because of the experience. This visit has me reconsidering whether I'll keep coming back. If they are cheaping out on such basic things like this makes me worry what else they are cheaping out under the hood. read more

I am and was interested in a 2012 Veracruz, things didn't go well during negotiations. I made an offer and 2 days passed without negotiation, then I noticed they had raised the price by $2000! I wrote a scathing review and the manager reached out. I took down the review and am now waiting for him to get back to me. Update: As I said The manager responded to my first review saying that they took bad reviews seriously and wanted to know if he could help and gave me his email. I emailed him and told him plainly that the only reason I took the complaint down was because I was still interested in the car and not because it didn't happen. It's been well over 48 hours since I emailed him. I gave the benefit of the doubt, maybe being the weekend he was off. It is now after 2 PM on Monday and I still haven't heard from him. I did actually put my car in the trade valuation tool and they gave me a decent trade-in value of $10,000. So I started the online buying process and they managed to go from $6995 to over $10,000. I will give you photographic evidence of this. So I've decided to buy one in York, Pennsylvania for $7000 with less mileage. This dealership will rip you off. I'm going to include the first review and then the photos of how they jack you up over $3000 from what they say is their retail price. 1st review. found this dealership to be terribly dishonest and unethical. I wouldn't trust them at. I saw a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz for sale for $6700. I was contacted via a phone call by Alex the sales manager. I asked for photos of the undercarriage of the car and the next day they sent them. The undercarriage looked good so I called Alex back and made an offer of $6000 on the car and explained that while I wanted the car it needed at least $1000 in maintenance. By the way, this car is still for sale so be aware that it needs a radiator flush, valve cover gaskets, differential serviced, transfer case serviced, transmission serviced and at 100,000 miles needs new spark plugs. Alex asked if I had a trade-in, and I told him I would be trading in a 2019 Mazda CX 5 with 104k miles. So seven years, newer, and same mileage.He put me in touch with Luigi, and I sent the Vin number of my trade-in along with 20 photographs which also included the VIN number of the trade-in. Also forwarded a Craigslist ad I had listed the car for sale. The VIN number and a photograph of the VIN number were also included in this. Two days pass with no response, when I pointed out that I had made a good offer and submitted my trade-in they hemmed and hawed and said that the VIN number was wrong. What used car dealer doesn't follow up and offer after two days? How can a photograph of a VIN number be wrong? They advertise that they will buy your car that they will buy your car for more than anyone else around. And yet when I submitted mine, crickets. We are now four days since I made the offer and lo and behold the car is now listed for $8700!! $2000 more than the original listing.. No wonder they ignored my offer, but I could tell you this no one at that dealership was protecting my interest in the car and I can tell you without a doubt that I was the first person to show interest in this vehicle. It had just hit a lot. After voicing my first complaints about my treatment and the increase in price. Luigi had the nerve to tell me he had all the paperwork ready and a cash buyout price for the Veracruz meaning my 2019 Mazda CX five would not even cover the purchase price of a 2012 Hyundai. lol. Just a reminder here for everyone reading a 2019 Mazda CX-5 is one of the most reliable cars on the road. Why the manager of this dealership did not want to take this car on trade is a mystery to me and they definitely screwed themselves out of a very good deal. Shockingly bad dealer. And the cars are lousy and they can't fix them when they break down. I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience with Hyundai and the Tasca dealership. My 2025 I5 had an ICCU failure with only 3,700 miles on it and when only four months old. (This is a catastrophic and terrifying failure where the car completely stops. I am now aware that this is a long-standing problem with Hyundais, that they have not been able -- or willing -- to resolve. And there is no fix. They just replace the part eventually, and you are no less likely to have it happen again.) They didn't repair my car for well over two months. I never received a call from an owner or manager of the dealer, or my salesman (who answered a few texts, but was unapologetic and zero help). No acknowledgment of the very unfortunate situation, or reassurance that they were doing everything possible to resolve my case. When calling, I never once got through to a live person in the service department ... it always went into a generic voicemail, no matter when you call, and they seem oblivious to messages left. (One time when I got through, it was because I went to sales and, surprise, got a person immediately, who I then begged to get me through to service.) I couldn't even speak to someone about a loaner for the first week. (I was assured by Hyundai Corporate that my rental and Ubers would be paid for; then they refused to pay in full.) **Even Hyundai's corporate office told me they weren't getting through to, or return phone calls from, this dealership.** The service rep was snarky, unprofessional, unhelpful, and even dishonest at times. The attitude from the beginning was as if they were doing me a tremendous favor. Once I didn't check in for three weeks, and still the response was hostile. I think it is fair to say it is the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. That this is what you get when a brand new, expensive car breaks down -- that they can't fix -- is shocking. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I was told by my service rep, "And if you would like you are more than welcome to pick up your vehicle if it's taking to [sic] long." This is an unacceptable reply. I had a fully inoperable car that they couldn't fix, and then tell me I can come pick it up if I am frustrated. They are unabashed in their snark -- even willing to put it in writing. Before you buy a Hyundai, spend some time on Facebook groups connected to these cars. People are having serious problems, repair parts are not available, and the service they are receiving in response is unacceptable. If I could give them zero stars I would. Apparently there was a recall notice in 2022 that Hyundai decided not to tell owners about, as a result the engine needed to be replaced. I took it to the dealership and was told to contact Hyundai corporate about a rental, since they had no loaners. It took 2 weeks before Corporate got back to me and they didn't give me a loaner. Now, after MORE THAN A MONTH the car was almost ready, except they called me saying they needed to put gas in the car. Poor business practices... I would avoid Stamford Hyundai. Even a shady used car dealer puts in more effort. The story: I initially reached out to Stamford Hyundai, because they had the exact used Infiniti I was looking for. I spoke with a sales person Evan numerous times over a 4 day period. I explained that I lived pretty far (1.5 hours away), and I needed as much info as possible on the car. Evan told me the car was in great shape, and had no excessive wear. The day prior to making the trip; he put me in touch with Kevin (sales manager) to negotiate a warranty in the price of the car. Kevin upsold the car, and explained how "aggressively priced" the vehicle was (being a one owner with a clean history). Basically a typical sales manager routine, and said that was the best he could do. I left the conversation by telling Kevin that I would take the trip the following day to look at the car, and potentially purchase on the spot. Fast forward to the following day... I drove out to CT (took me over 2 hours with traffic). A sales person pulls the car around for me to look at. I was beyond SHOCKED when I looked at the car. - The car looked like it was used for off-roading. There was dirt/mud on the inside and outside (interior being the most dirty). - The front bumper clips were out of place - The engine valves had a tapping sound (definitely more the others that I had already looked at prior). - There was a noticeable gash on the lower portion of the rear bumper The car wasn't detailed or clean at all. ZERO effort!! It was so nasty, I wouldn't even get in the car (wish I had taken pictures). I couldn't believe that a professional car dealership didn't bother to detail the car prior to listing. THEY EVEN HAVE A CARWASH DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR! To make matters even worse, the salesperson lied about how long they had the car. He said that the car was "just brought in a week prior, and they didn't have a chance to clean after the shop finished with it". Meanwhile, a previous sales person said they had that car for over three weeks. I spent 5 minutes (at most) looking at the car, hopped in my truck, and left. I was so frustrated that I didn't even ask to speak with Kevin So to put into perspective.. - I drove slightly over 3.5 hours round trip, and spent 5 minutes looking at the vehicle. - The condition of the car was misrepresented. I want reimbursement for my gas, tolls, and time. I'm filing a better business bureau complaint. I even called Kevin on my way home, and he didn't bother to call me back. read more

this is in regards to my overall experience, particularly service.... There are too many reasons why this dealership gets a plethora of one star reviews. And also not to mention they are not associated with the Better Business Bureau - that is because in order to be associated with the Better Business Bureau you need to agree to their practices which clearly they have not and it shows very blatantly... and to be honest with you, you are better off putting your car on a tugboat and sending it to Korea to have it fixed. it will definitely be back to you in a more timely manner and you will probably get quicker updates via international mail then this dealership, because i have received ZERO and have had to call and stay on them every day! the incompetence of this dealership is mind-boggling and it is beyond a sorry excuse.. 1 Star - Avoid Evan Blinder and Tasca Hyundai Stamford/Stamford Hyundai at ALL Costs My experience with Evan Blinder at Tasca Hyundai Stamford/Stamford Hyundai was hands-down the most dishonest and unethical dealership interaction I've ever had. About six months before my lease was due, Evan called me with what sounded like a great offer: turn in my lease earlyand they would waive my excess mileage, wear and tear, and all remaining fees, provided I purchased and traded in with them. Based on that promise, I moved forward. What followed was a classic bait-and-switch. Suddenly, the dealership claimed that I did have to pay all the fees after all--and Evan insisted that the finance department "called and explained it to me" and that I agreed. I absolutely did not. Had I been told the truth upfront, I never would have gone through with the trade. To their credit, they offered compensation for the remaining lease payments--but I kept paying those payments myself throughout the remainder of the lease term. Meanwhile, they completely failed to notify Hyundai Motor Finance that they had taken my car back four months early. That "oversight" cost me: Loyalty rebates I should have been eligible for Reimbursement for excess wear and tear And left Hyundai Finance believing I still had possession of a vehicle the dealership had already taken Not notifying Hyundai Finance about taking the car back early isn't just sloppy--it's highly questionable and, frankly, unethical. Tasca is not a place where your time is valued. You and your vehicle are not a priority, especially if it is under warranty. I was quoted on a Saturday that my vehicle would be fixed and road tested by Tuesday. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, I was told that the car still wasn't ready. The only thing that changed was they discovered the work was covered by an extended warranty. It is now Friday and I still don't have my car. I have a meaningless promise that I will get it today, a promise that has been broken day after day this week. Avoid the headache. They don't value your business when it comes to service. Unfortunately, finding a competent Hyundai service center appears to be an exercise in futility. This was my third attempt. I had my car towed here after a mid road stall, shaking, and engine light flashing, and after my car was at another dealer for many weeks without being serviced. My regular mechanic got a knock sensor code. George at Stamford Hyundai tells me not only can they not get the code to repeat but the mechanic says they cannot find ANY history codes at all. Not one for anything. My mechanic and Hyundai headquarters tell me this is completely unheard of and are both very skeptical. In any event, after not driving my car for 2 months due to this knock sensor incident, Stamford Hyundai tells me to come get my car, knock sensor not fixed. Their website says they are open Sundays and evenings until 7:30pm, but when I came to pick up my car, the service center was in fact closed at both these times. Since I live an hour away, I slept at my mother's in Stamford so I could pick my car up in the morning. I have now been here since 7:50am. It is now 9:49 an and they tell me they will be able to get it out "within the hour." TWO HOURS waiting for a ready car! And being refused a loaner. Hour late for work. And it will be 2 or more. My 79 year old mother and I both got up at 6:30 for nothing. WORST service on the planet. (OF COURSE, in the dealer response to this review, they totally ignore making me wait more than 2 hours for a "ready" car that I was told to pick up. Nice try. My last visit at the repair was a very disppoitning experience. I've noticed the decline in the customer service level. It feels like this not the Hyundai dealer that used to be. I dropped off my car for a diagnostic inspection due to it making some strange noises. My appointment was scheduled at 7.45 am. When I arrived Valerie, who was helping me at that time, gave me the impression I was bothering her by being there, Her tone of voice and the way she asked questions was extremely unprofessional. I asked if someone will call me or my husband when the diagnosis was completed. She said yes. I didn't get any call. After 11 am I noticed that I had missed a text at 10 am. My husband called with some questions about the list of suggested repairs since we wanted to target the nose issue at first. When he called and asked Valerie to explain what the issue was she was not able to. He asked to speak with the technician and she wouldn't not put him on. He eventually spoke to the repair manager. We decided to have only the brakes repaired at that time. When I returned to pick up my car. I paid for the repair and the woman asked me to go outside and asked one of the men outside to get my car bring it to the front. It took them 10 minutes to find the car. There were 4 men looking for it and they couldn't find it. it felt like there was a lack of organization there. I want to add that the repair cost over 2K and the car wasn't even washed. Most dealerships will do this for their loyal customers. I've been coming to this car dealers for years since I bought my car there. Never in a million years would I thought I would be treated this way.... I took my car Stamford Hyundai to have a standard service repair. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and was told the vehicle would be ready for pick up that afternoon no later than 1pm. I received a call at 1:30pm with an update from someone by the name of "Liberty" who confirmed the car had not been even looked at. The following day, I was given the run around and spoken to in such a degrading manner by Liberty and Alex (a Manager). Alex told me the replacement would have to be ordered, and it will only take two hours, and then the car would be ready for pick up. The two hours come and go, so I called to follow up and was met with radio silence. I had to have my father take time off of his job to assist me in trying to get an answer on a car that should've taken 4 hours maximum to service. Following my dad going into the dealership to confirm if they would get to my car anytime soon and explaining to them that he is a valuable customer for well over 15 years, we were told the car would be ready by 2:30pm. 3:15pm comes around, and we have not heard anything. So my father call the sales department as no one was answering the service department number. Shortly after, I Liberty called me and was extremely aggressive and hostile and abruptly hung up on me when we asked who the manager is. We receive a call a few hours later and was told the car was ready. When we arrived, we paid and went out to the car, only to see the keys were not in the car, as the attendant confirmed. Was able to explain to me everything about the different models of Hyundai, and find a car that suited my needs. That happened to be a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited in electric blue. The whole process is so seamless, she's very patient and friendly. Cassandra truly embodies the spirit of service excellence and is a very amazing woman. This place has the most unprofessional individual (Scott Vogel) I have ever met at any car dealer, and Im surprised the man is still employed there after reading other reviews in DealerRater. If you buy from this place just hope they dont make a mistake and then you have to deal with him. Thats literally what happened to me. They have made a mistake so I drove there and asked them to be sure as it was a long drive. When I get there, they tell me they are all off, which is already pretty bad as they had made multiple mistakes by this point; but it was until I had to deal with Scott Vogel that the experience went from pretty bad, to pretty much unacceptable, and now at that point pretty much one of the worst experiences I have had in any business. When the dealer makes a mistake and in spite of that then they insult you cause you are trying to reach a resolution. And when thats only the minor part of the problem... yikes. Dan specifically is THEE most incredible person and I get the chance to chat with him every time I bring my car in for a service...and that's been for the past 8 years. I don't remember the service manager's name but he has also always been very kind to me as well. They are very personable and I've always felt confident bringing my car here. Sometimes people will try to deter you from bringing your car back to the dealership for service, but I come back based on the service I receive. Although my car has been through quite a lot (exterior related) I'd rather invest and spend my hard-earned dollars with people that I can trust and treat me with kindness and respect. Firstly, All staffs were neatly dressed, always smiling and ready to help. Wonderful!!! Secondly, my salesman, Chris Thai is one of the most amazing, friendly, smart, high energy and very professional guy I have met, he's obviously good at what he does. At first I was a little skeptical about my purchase but after I visited the Stamford Hyundai office and met Chris, I was totally convinced and sealed the purchase deal immediately. He gave me a detailed information about the product and purchase process. He was always available, giving swift responses to my concerns and questions. I told him I would be arriving in the morning to look and test drive the car. Showed up the morning of only to find out the car wasn't on the lot. Service is terrible. Lack of knowledge and access to SIMPLE everyday parts. Car new to me in 2022. Paid for it in full and added extended warranty. Salesperson was nice but limited knowledge of the car, what was included, and promised things that never came. And of course now gone. No one answered the phone at service 6 times. Then got sales and I said walk over and hand the phone to someone. I needed a new alternator in the car. I knew that. It's pretty simple to diagnose. I asked for someone to call me and had it towed in. Appointment was for the day after it was there. 2 days after that I'm told we haven't checked it yet. Mind you appointment was 745am so I made sure it was there. Then I'm told $1200 for the repair. I laughed and said check again. Then I'm told my $100 deductible. Which is right. New car, first (free) service & they overfilled the oil (abut 1/2" over the top line) I called when I discovered it 3 months later when one of our cars was leaking something in our driveway so we checked oil on both cars & it wasn't my car. I asked to speak to the service mgr but the counter woman said they don't talk to customers! So I had to tell her my issue & she turned it back on me, insinuating that I overfilled it (I'm a 71 yr old female) & added that "in 3 months" since you were here, if it was overfilled, it would be burned off by now". Huh? My car had 2K miles at this service. Why would anyone do their own oil when it's free? I'm trying to find another dealership but there's nothing close. I responded to an ad for a Lexus hybrid seeking both an O-T-D and the vehicle's service history. I received the standard form letter response asking what I needed. That info., was in my initial contact mail, but I reiterated and another employee answered asking what they could do to help. This went on for 5 times and still, no O-T-D or vehicle service history was forthcoming. The manager sent a message, too, but he never provided the requested information. It's perfectly obvious no-one there communicates effectively or prioritizes the customer's concerns . I'm still waiting after almost 3 weeks , but they can stick it ! read more

Update: @Susan - did you really say "appears I was withholding information" and "act as an educated buyer"? Are you saying I should have walked through the doors of the dealership and yelled "I'm paying cash! I have my own financing"? If you do, you are truly the uneducated one. The point of negotiating is to get the deal that is best for everyone. When approached with the internet price, we told Mario it was the internet price and it wasn't a deal or the "Family Price" that was written on the paperwork, and he went back to the manager and asked for a better price and received it. Yes, I did search the internet and saw you had the best pricing, but this was based on the deal that was being offered to me - the $21,500. Now, back to the "withholding information"? At no point did Mario ask me how I was paying. He came to me numerous times with the monthly payments when I asked for the overall out the door price, so why would I volunteer this information? I would love to know your response to this question. For the record, we were not in the contract. Actually, never made it to the contract. Once I mentioned I was paying cash and agreed to a deposit, Mario went to tell the manager, the deal stopped. Your manager reneged on the offer. I can go on and on about the issues that happened that you are not aware of as you were NOT a part of any conversation, but let me educate you again on another important part - Train your salespeople properly! if the price offered to me was only offered for financing, then your salesperson should have said "this is the price of the car if you are financing the car with us". If this was said when the numbers were presented, who knows what deals could have been made that day. To end this post, when my family and I walked out, Mario followed us out and apologized. He told us he had only been on the job for a month and the team "keeps him in the dark" and was NOT aware of the cash vs financing. If he was, he would have said "this is the price of the car if you are financing the car with us". I told the salesperson I was looking for a 2018 Santa Fe (forgot to mention I wanted a Santa Fe Sport but not relevant to the story) and a 2018 Tuscan. He then shows me a couple of 2019s - not what I am looking for because I know what I am looking to spend. I test drove the 2019 Tuscan and the 2018 Santa Fe Sport and decided to go with the 2019 Tuscan, but again...I know what I wanted to spend. Let's get this deal started.... He comes back with the cost that was listed on the website. I'm not paying that! Then he comes back with a different number. Since this car was not what I was looking for, I had to research. I called and searched around and decided this was the best number and called to say get the paperwork ready. I was coming back for the car. Now, here is where the real issue began. I was quoted $21,500 for the 2019 Tuscan. When I told them I was paying cash, they said they would have to add an additional $750 to the car price because they were losing money since I did not finance with them. EXCUSE ME? You quoted me an out the door price and agreed to it. At no point in the conversation were the words "this price is only if you finance with us". As we are talking with our sales person, a rude salesperson comes over and says "you should have told him you were paying cash". I told him I did not have to tell him that and he then says "WELL, HE DIDN'T HAVE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE FEES UPFRONT".. CASH PAYERS - READ THIS PART! Let's pause right here. Are you really telling me he should have just sold me the car at the $21,500 price and added the additional $750 fees and not tell me? He was very confident when he said this. Have you charged this fee to customers who have paid cash and did not tell them this? If so, this is very underhanded and you should be reported! Well, the manager comes over and says, I can match your credit union APR rate. Umm...you can't. You can't because you don't determine APR rates, the banks do. They were trying to find ways to run my credit even though I told them I had my own financing/cash. He then says let's see what I can do. Nothing was done. He told me if he gave me the car for that price, he was losing money and he couldn't do that. He could give me the car for the price on the website and waive the $750 fee, but that was the best he can do. NO DEAL! YOU HAVE ME AN OFFER AND RENEGED ON IT. I would not want to do business with a business that will renege on offers, then tell me that they could add fees and not tell me! Who does this? I'll get my car from someplace else. I could write a novel about my situation and how poorly it was handled at Stamford Hyundai, but I will keep it simple... We had long time problems with a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. We visited Stamford Hyundai many times to fix the issue. They repeatedly claimed that we had "engine sludge" without providing any proof. The car drove back and forth to Maine and New Hampshire with no issues. We saw no evidence of "engine sludge", yet they refused to address the issue, which was a check engine light that prevented the car from passing inspection. We wrote a certified mail letter to Hyundai and they told us to take the car to Fairfield Hyundai. We did so, and were shocked that Fairfield Hyundai graciously took the car and performed $4000+ worth of service FOR FREE... fixing the problem. They never batted an eye or challenged us in any way. They were utterly professional. Fairfield Hyundai restored my faith in Hyundai as a company. Stamford Hyundai continues to do the exact opposite. You have been warned. read more

How can I begin? I leased a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid from Danbury Hyundai last July. The salesman Mr. Greathouse was extremely nice and professional. However, I had a problem with the SUV. It stalled on I-95 in Milford. The dash had a light that read hybrid malfunction. After this issue I called Danbury Hyundai. They were nice but was told they didn't have loaners available. The manager Jay Strassberg kindly sent me to Stamford Hyundai Service Department because I live more than an hour away from Danbury and an Uber cost over $200. I took it there on Monday. I am still waiting on a resolution. I line the car and I would like to get it back soon. (Revised). Update. They gave me a brand new Hyundai Ionic as a loaner after two weeks without a car. I am eager to get my hands on my Santa Fe Hybrid soon. read more

This review is solely based on the service after my vehicle was purchased from this dealership. The sales associate I worked with, Evan, was very helpful and professional. My primary complaint with this dealership is their lack of responsiveness as it relates to consumer privacy / opting out of marketing mail. Every month or so I continue to receive material in the mail regarding trading in my vehicle and I started to keep track in June of this year how many times I have called to remove my name and address from their mailing list and who I have spoken to. Each individual each month stated "I'll relay this message to Sunny who is in charge of this" and the following month I still continued to receive this mailing. I have left messages for Sunny and emailed the manager, Scott Vogel, asking to be removed and no responses. I finally got in touch with Sunny who stated these mailings come from their Danbury location but that he will remove me (this was in August). Now we're in October and I have received the same marketing material that I have repeatedly asked to be removed from. I cannot understand why my personal information should be listed and used on their distribution list when I have requested (very politely) to be removed. Every business I contact to opt out does so immediately. Maybe other dealerships are like this to but they're very nice and helpful during the purchase process however after that there is very little assistance after that. To the manager of this dealership please do what you can to remove buyers that ask to PERMANENTLY from them from outgoing marketing lists to respect the privacy of names / addresses that are going out. Any vital information regarding recalls will come directly from the manufacturer. By not responding to my request makes me not want to ever go to your dealership and definitely not refer anyone either. So please do the right thing. read more

IF YOU WANT THE DEALER TO TAKE YOUR CAR HOME AND LIE TO YOU, THIS IS THE DEALER TO GO TO. They had my car for a repair, next thing I know, I got a notification from Hyundai BlueLink on my phone that my car was driven off the dealership at 19:51 and driving over the speed limit on the highway. The car ended up being parked at a residential area. I GUESS THEY DIDN'T KNOW I CAN TRACK MY CAR WITH MY PHONE. I called them right away to see what's going on, got no response. Next day at 7 am, I get another notification that it is over speed limit on the highway. Called them up, to get a status, the guy tells me the car is being worked on and it is "NOT DRIVEABLE". I asked if anyone has been driving my car, he said NO. I told him, hey I've been getting notifications and he had no response, he said" ummmmmm, I'll let the manager know". I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE AND TIMELINES OF THEM CHEATING ON MY TRUST AND I'LL POST THIS ON EVERY REVIEW WEBSITE OUT THERE. I have never ever had this happen to me, these guys are unreal. I will never ever go back to them and recommend the same to you guys. p.s: I would not mind the dealer driving my car to the moon and back, as long as they are honest and make sure they inform me about it. beware this dealership. they lie. before purchasing a used bmw from them i had a mechanic who they recommended check the car out. i was told that the battery was shot. the dealership manager and salesman told me they would replace the battery but i had to wait until the part came in, so i did. when they told me the battery was replaced i picked up the car. since then have driven the car less than 50 miles but had an issue so had another dealer check it out...they said the battery needed to be replaced and that it was not new. when i called stamford about this i was basically told tough luck. they stink...be careful...i am following this up with a bbb report and small claims court. read more

We had a fantastic buying experience with Hensley! Not only was he knowledgeable about the car, but he was friendly and extremely responsive. He did a 137 point check on the Genesis GV80 and we were completely comfortable when we left the dealership. This is a much sought-after car and other dealers are asking over list price, but Hensley assured us that they would not do that and kept that promise. When we sat down with the finance guy, it was very easy and he didn't make us uncomfortable by trying to get us to buy add-ons that weren't necessary. All in all, one of the easiest and quickest buying experiences at a car dealership in over 40 years of buying cars!
