That being said I've owned 4 different models in that time frame, & they've serviced them all, including my current vehicle, a 2014 cx5. That I bought from them in 2016-ish, off lease. Throughout the years they've been generally awesome to deal with. Never any real issues, always maintained every vehicle with the utmost professionalism. There was a short time they had a crappy/dishonest service manager, but he left & went to Mercedes. Either way, that was a long time ago, life goes on. No everyone is perfect, not every visit is going to be the best day ever. Everyone has a bad day, sometimes things just don't work out. Here we are 2026, I've had my 1st gen cx5 for 10 years, & I've put on 100k+ miles. They changed my oil more times then I can count, they've done brakes, installed lowering springs on it, & a couple other aftermarket items. Plus whatever major services they've recommended. There labor prices are comparable to most other dealership & major shops in the area. These are the times we live in. Curtis, Seth, & the rest of the staff have been good to me through the years. I know most people only leave reviews when things don't work in their favor, but honestly you can't tell me every day you wake up is your best day. Life has ups & downs. Enjoy what life has to offer.

At least, that's what I thought. Mazda service showed no concern for my safety or well-being. I first complained about the AC and was dismissed when they "found nothing wrong." When winter came and the heat failed--along with a musty smell--I was told it wasn't urgent: just a duct cleaning and air filter. The earliest appointment that fit their schedule and my request for a loaner was February 9, so I waited five weeks. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't get a loaner because I had my dog with me, and that the repair would cost me. I still don't understand why I should pay for a climate system that's been broken since day one. To make it worse, the air filter was billed separately, nearly doubling the cost. I asked to speak with the service manager, Ivan Cordova, and finally reached him nearly five hours later when I picked up the car. He showed no concern, offered no apology, and when I asked if the problem was fixed after all the complaints and an almost $600 bill, his answer was simply: "No." Now ask yourself: Do I want an unreliable car? Do I want to be treated like this? Do I really want a Mazda?

There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

This is a buyer beware message and resembles the shady practices of car dealers back in the 80's…read more Stamford Ford advertised a Ford Raptor as a CPO vehicle with a warranty . I reached out to purchase the truck and worked with Barry Pasqualini-Senior Sales Consultant on the purchase. I confirmed with Barry that there was a 1-year bumper to bumper warranty on the vehicle, and also confirmed in writing the same. I offered to pay the full advertised price of $49k, signed a PO, paid a $2k deposit, and had my bank send them a check for the balance via fedex. Several days later I received an email (not even a call) from Barry saying that they are unable to provide the warranty they agreed to on the vehicle but if I was interested i could buy an extended warranty. You agreed to a price and terms, received payment, then tried to change the deal?? Again, this is an old tactic that shady dealers did back in the day, but really a large Ford dealer in Stamford CT? There are many thoughts in my mind but the two unfortunately that seem to fit in this scenario is that Barry found another buyer to pay more than the advertised price or they are just trying con me into buying a warranty. Or any other unresponsible action rather than simply selling a vehicle as advertised and being accountable for your commitments. This is disappointing because it speaks to the culture of the dealership if this is acceptable and you would think that a decision like this would of been reviewed by management which lends itself to being a culture issue which is unacceptable. I had to pay for a stop payment on a $55k check, lose $150 processing fee to my bank, and still have not received my $2k deposit back from the dealer so had to reach out and file a claim with my credit card company. I would hope in todays day in age and with the cost of vehicles that dealers would hold themselves to a higher standard but clearly if Stamford Ford is not. There are plenty of dealers out there, ones that are trustworthy, honest, and stand by what they offer. Do better Stamford Ford

I wanted to get the hyundai recall stuff done on my 2014 elantra and this was the closest place to my house in Westchester that offered it. It was super easy to make an appointment when it was convenient for me to bring it in. I liked that what they wanted you to do with the car was clearly displayed as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. It's like a valet type situation where I just drove up to the door and they took it from there. I elected to wait for the service to be done and I was directed upstairs. The waiting area is much bigger than I am used to with a bunch of different kinds of seating. They even had a table where I was able to get work done on my ipad. As soon as I checked in on yelp, I noticed the multiple bad reviews and started getting nervous. The multiple bad reviews did provide quite a bit of entertainment for me while I waited for at least 20 minutes. The whole thing took about an hour. I was also pleasantly surprised that they did another warranty thing without me even knowing about it or asking for it. Throughout the experience, all of the staff members I interacted with were courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I made an…read moreoffer and 2 days passed without negotiation, then I noticed they had raised the price by $2000! I wrote a scathing review and the manager reached out. I took down the review and am now waiting for him to get back to me. Update: As I said The manager responded to my first review saying that they took bad reviews seriously and wanted to know if he could help and gave me his email. I emailed him and told him plainly that the only reason I took the complaint down was because I was still interested in the car and not because it didn't happen. It's been well over 48 hours since I emailed him. I gave the benefit of the doubt, maybe being the weekend he was off. It is now after 2 PM on Monday and I still haven't heard from him. I did actually put my car in the trade valuation tool and they gave me a decent trade-in value of $10,000. So I started the online buying process and they managed to go from $6995 to over $10,000. I will give you photographic evidence of this. So I've decided to buy one in York, Pennsylvania for $7000 with less mileage. This dealership will rip you off. I'm going to include the first review and then the photos of how they jack you up over $3000 from what they say is their retail price. 1st review. found this dealership to be terribly dishonest and unethical. I wouldn't trust them at. I saw a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz for sale for $6700. I was contacted via a phone call by Alex the sales manager. I asked for photos of the undercarriage of the car and the next day they sent them. The undercarriage looked good so I called Alex back and made an offer of $6000 on the car and explained that while I wanted the car it needed at least $1000 in maintenance. By the way, this car is still for sale so be aware that it needs a radiator flush, valve cover gaskets, differential serviced, transfer case serviced, transmission serviced and at 100,000 miles needs new spark plugs. Alex asked if I had a trade-in, and I told him I would be trading in a 2019 Mazda CX 5 with 104k miles. So seven years, newer, and same mileage. He put me in touch with Luigi, and I sent the Vin number of my trade-in along with 20 photographs which also included the VIN number of the trade-in. Also forwarded a Craigslist ad I had listed the car for sale. The VIN number and a photograph of the VIN number were also included in this. Two days pass with no response, when I pointed out that I had made a good offer and submitted my trade-in they hemmed and hawed and said that the VIN number was wrong. What used car dealer doesn't follow up and offer after two days? How can a photograph of a VIN number be wrong? They advertise that they will buy your car that they will buy your car for more than anyone else around. And yet when I submitted mine, crickets. We are now four days since I made the offer and lo and behold the car is now listed for $8700!! $2000 more than the original listing.. No wonder they ignored my offer, but I could tell you this no one at that dealership was protecting my interest in the car and I can tell you without a doubt that I was the first person to show interest in this vehicle. It had just hit a lot. After voicing my first complaints about my treatment and the increase in price. Luigi had the nerve to tell me he had all the paperwork ready and a cash buyout price for the Veracruz meaning my 2019 Mazda CX five would not even cover the purchase price of a 2012 Hyundai. lol. Just a reminder here for everyone reading a 2019 Mazda CX-5 is one of the most reliable cars on the road. Why the manager of this dealership did not want to take this car on trade is a mystery to me and they definitely screwed themselves out of a very good deal. So if you're looking for integrity and honesty and a dealership that will stand behind, you don't go to this one. I have the original listing. have all the photographs timestamped that I sent in for my trade. LESS

Harborview was fast, very convenient and kept me informed of the approval process during the day and lowered the price to $9,500.
