Yummy strong drinks. Good vibes. Has pool to play too. Lots of seating options. Would go back.

Restaurant week drink it's got coffee anise bourbon. It was delicious and I wish I wrote the name down.

I absolutely love the vibe this place has! No matter where you are in the space be it by the bar relaxing on big couches or outside is summer. It's so chill and relaxing. The staff is amazing and they have a passion for mixology. Its a great spot to stop for after dinner drinks and great conversations. The mix of people that come here is wonderful and because the place is set up for intimate seating and group seating there's a spot for every gathering.

This was the perfect night out spot before our dinner reservations. Outside seating is cute, we were happy there were umbrellas as it drizzled a little as we sipped our drinks. So happy there was a nonalcoholic cocktail on the menu! It was delicious and my husband enjoyed his flint tropics cocktail. We shared the manchego plate and spiced almonds which were perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend checking out this spot if you're in Kzoo!

I don't remember how I heard about the Stamped Robin but my boyfriend and I decided to stop in for a quick pre-dinner drink. We were meeting his family around the corner so didn't have much time, but weren't ready to order when the bartender first came over. The menu is nicely varied with a handful of cocktails in addition to their wine offerings. We sat around for awhile before someone came back over to get our order, which made me a little anxious as we were on a schedule. However we were able to get our check right away. Just be aware that this might be more of a hang out for awhile type of place and not a super quick pre-dinner drink place. I ordered the Fox Trot (rum, curacao, lime) and my boyfriend got a Manhattan. The Fox Trot was sour and quite strong, and the Manhattan was strong as well. Both drinks were okay, but nothing mind-blowing. I love a good cocktail but am not really a connoisseur. There were many words on the menu that I didn't recognize (strega, rabarbaro, mandorla) so I think if I went back with more time, I'd definitely ask more questions and get a recommendation. Cocktails were very reasonably priced at $9-$12. The vibe inside is really cozy, kind of like someone's living room with a couch lounge area up front and a record player. They have limited snack and food options. I think this is a fun place and definitely in a great location, tucked away right in the heart of the downtown business corridor. Good stop for the beginning or end of your night!

Went by the reviews of my fellow Yelpers and was glad I did. Although the Stamped Robin is known as a wine bar don't let that deter you... Our bartender Patrick was personable and a quite knowledgeable mixologist! The overall vibe was casual, music was all vinyl and eclectic. A cool find in downtown Kzoo. I will be back!

Hands down, best cocktails in town. Small, quaint, great service, outdoor seating (your civil dog is welcome), and spicy honey almonds to round it all. PS Ask about their at home cart.

West Michigan natural wine lovers! THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The team at Stamped Robin and the Nextdoor Wine Store are awesome and curate such a quality experience with some of the BEST wines from all over the world. Don't be afraid to ask the incredibly knowledgeable staff lots of questions to find a perfect match- whether it's a cocktail or a bottle of wine. In regards to 2020 and all things COVID- keep an eye on their Instagram for hours, reservations, and special announcements. You'll have an incredible time at this gem. Cheers!

I heart SR even more now- they have been amazing through covid with wine pick up, they have supported fellow small businesses in the area and now they are taking safety very seriously and have their patio open! Wear a mask, bring a friend and sit outside. They have hand sanitizer on each table. Staff wears masks and requires guests to do the same (except when seated at your table). So happy to enjoy SR again!!!

Passing through Kalamazoo and stumbled in to this cute wine bar with my boyfriend. We each had a glass and enjoyed a relaxing couple of hours hear. I really enjoyed the overall aesthetic. It's the type of place that can easily come across as super pretentious but the staff here is super chill and welcoming. They have a clearly very thoughtfully curated wine list and I really enjoyed reading the creative descriptions. The only slight negative is that at around 9:30 or 10. They turned the music up and the noise level rose accordingly. It wasn't overwhelmingly loud or anything but it slightly detracted from the atmosphere we had been enjoying earlier. Overall though, we really enjoyed our experience at this cute, unique little wine bar.

Looking to get out of bad weather and catch up with an ol friend over a cocktail. Stamped robin is where to go. You walk in and get hit with the vibe that you're here to enjoy a drink, take a load of stress off and catch up with your friend you haven't seen In awhile. They make you feel at home in your basement just slowing life down.

I was so excited about this option when I saw it on Instagram but there is so little mention of it in the menu (basically an, "ask us about our mini cocktail flight" at the bottom of a page) and no leaflet showing the flight details or price. I'm very much a person that likes to try a little bit for everything so once I remembered it after we left, I had a moment. I got a Gin Fizz and the bf got a Blueberry Vanilla Mule. The gin Fizz tasted very much like lemonade, even with the addition of cran flavoring. The Blueverry Vanilla Mule was very strongly clove. If you like clove, you'd likely like that one. We decided against getting second cocktails since happy hour had ended, but got a flight to try their stuff. We like the liqueurs but they are hard to sip straight due to all the flavor they pack. Our favorite was the Pink Peppercorn Gin out of everything we tried. We would definitely come back, but please print out the cocktail flight list or at least suggest it if people are hemming and hawing over what to get like I was.

The tour is $20 and it comes with a flight, which we were going to try anyway. Or you can just do the tour for $10 if you don't want a flight. It's not much of a "tour" in a physical sense as their production facility is small, in just one room, but we learned a lot about distilling in general, as well as a lot of information about the company and their products. I'd highly recommend it especially if you don't know much about the company. The interior has a 20s speakeasy feel, which I really liked. It's a little fancy but comfortable and welcoming. The drink menu was pretty large and it was tough for me to choose which drink I wanted after the flight. I ended up with the blueberry margarita because it was on happy hour. It was really great! Not too sweet. Nate got the cherry black Manhattan which we both enjoyed too. I loved the flight because we got to try pretty much all of the spirit offerings, including their amaro, Oaxacan green corn bourbon, and pink peppercorn gin, which were all unique and very tasty. Our bartender was knowledgable and very kind - great service. I'll definitely be back!

We had a really great waitress, I wish I would have gotten her name! She was doing the job of hostess and waitress to multiple tables, and doing it all very well! We ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad for our lunch entrees! Both were very good and presented very well! While the food is good and quality feels high - the price is also on the high side. For a sandwich and a salad, waters to drink, we spent over $50 for our lunch! Just something to be aware of! While we had time - the experience was not fast. Something to be aware of if needing a quick lunch. The restaurant was not overly busy but the wait was a little long to receive our order. I ordered a salmon salad - the menu nor the website specify if the salmon is wild caught or farmed. At the beginning of our visit, it felt like the waitstaff wasn't fully prepared to accommodate a larger group, and service was a bit slow. However, they seemed to adjust as the evening went on and did a much better job taking care of us later. The ramen was just okay and didn't stand out compared to the other dishes we tried. Overall, the steaks, bread and dips made the meal worthwhile. While there were some service hiccups at first, the staff recovered well, and we left having enjoyed our experience.

Ten minutes with empty drinks and we finally got her attention. My wife asked for another beer and she ran off before I could even ask for another of my drink! The dinner was terrible. My wife's Blackened Bleu Steak ($32) was so bad that she took two bites and set it aside. The food was overcooked and salty. My Olive Cheese Smash Burger ($16) was the same. Here's what I felt missed the bar... First, a speakeasy's initial location of "secrecy"... I don't think the top floor of Monaco Bay is that difficult to find. In fact, there is a giant "Gatsby" sign lit up outside. Even if it is modern, perhaps an unmarked door at the entrance could enhance the overall feel. Second, the expectation of innovative cocktails that take you back to an era. The specials were the same as Monaco and the bartender didn't know what the night's special actually was... There's a lot of potential here to boast old custom cocktails from scratch- with a modern twist. Third, the atmosphere. The exposed brick, dark woods, and lavish style add to the tone. Would be really great if there were candles on tables instead of incredibly bright lights drilled into the floor. I did enjoy the unique lights hanging above the bar though. The decor played into vintage modern, but it's lacking some authenticity. Also, the DJ seemed to just play popular culture. Would have loved to hear some swing or jazz remixes instead.

We arrived exactly at 4 PM after seeing this weekly promotion on social media. Upon arrival, the venue was empty, yet we were completely denied access to bowling due to a private event, and told that no bowling customers would be allowed until 6 PM. Before anything else, I want to clarify an important point: "Free" does not mean customers should be treated poorly. Free events are often meant to introduce people to a business, attract new customers, and create a welcoming first impression. Offering something for free does not justify rude behavior, dismissive communication, or shifting responsibility onto customers. Respect and basic courtesy should apply regardless of whether an event is paid or free. What bothered me most was not being turned away, but the blame-shifting that followed. When a business publicly advertises "Free Bowling Wednesdays" and encourages people to show up at 4 PM, it is reasonable for customers to rely on that information. Adding the word "limited" on social media posts does not communicate that no bowling customers are allowed at all until 6 PM due to a private event. Those are two very different messages. Instead of acknowledging the lack of clear communication, the responsibility was shifted onto us as customers with statements like "you should have called." This is unfair. Customers should not be expected to double-check an advertised public event by phone when no such instruction was mentioned. What made the experience more disappointing was the lack of empathy no apology, no ownership of the confusion, and no attempt to acknowledge how frustrating it is to arrive on time to an empty venue and still be denied entry. This review is not about complaining. It's about accountability. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and this situation could have been handled very differently with a simple acknowledgment and apology.

Then proceed to go drink and watch the bowlers and there were 3 open lanes out of 4. For 20+ minutes, not a single group came in to bowl. As I was watching, it became increasingly clear that the host at the entrance wasn't trained to ensure everyone gets a chance, or for clear communication. Only positive? My drink was good, the few customers in there seemed to enjoy themselves. Just don't come to bowl, you wont get in. Look at the previous reviews, I am not the first to complain about this. Also, it looks like whomever is supposed to be checking these reviews doesn't care as there seem to be no responses to rectify these issues.

The building is historic (and now recently renovated), filled with old dark woods, original stained glass, and antique furnishings. Private rooms are available for special occasions. Some of the food is genuinely outstanding, if not wholly so across the board. Petit filet, whitefish, and schnitzel are standards and very well executed, and most of the starters (we've had them all) are really good. The wine list and top-shelf liquor options are the best you're likely to find in town. For dessert, both the creme brûlée and sticky toffee pudding (my personal favorite) are excellent. One additional tip: there is a dress code, so guys are generally expected to wear a jacket, ladies to adopt "business formal" (not casual), and everyone should avoid jeans. It's not the stuffiest possible environment, but it is dominated by old, white money, and will never feature a diverse crowd in any respect. So bear that in mind. You should be able to expect outstanding service, though, no matter what.
