I contacted Steve via text and via e-mail very courteously to fulfill the requirement of the warranty on a few rose bushes his team planted for me at our main home that never grew. Four of the ones that he planted for us died. He responded and scheduled a time to come and replace them. On the day he scheduled to come, he called and said that the roses were not in stock and would be the following Monday. I never heard from him the following Monday. His team them abruptly scheduled a date and time to come to plant something that I received via e-mail and didn't know on that date and time either, which was a Sunday afternoon. I kindly parked with flags the plants that needed to be replaced under the warranty from an over $1000 purchase I made on plants. The communication is subpar and I fear they do not want to fulfill the stipulations of the warranty on plants. Beware of this type of interaction and any promise they make on warranty fulfillment when you purchase services from this company.

Living in hotels and Airbnb's was terrible. When we got back the first thing we did was contact Leo's as they removed the tree that damaged our home initially. We are having them to remove a TON of trees and they're basically clearing our backyard. We never want to deal with a falling tree damaging the house ever again. $11k job going very well. They have a crew of about 7 or so with good equipment and quoted 3 days. The way they are moving it looks like they will be done on 1.5! Thank you guys!!

The biweekly lawn service includes more than any other service I have signed up for - edging, mowing, bush trimming, and bagging sticks, etc. as needed. I have been using them for over 2 months and they have provided consistently excellent service. Not only do they show up when they say they will, but they also communicate with me regularly by sending emails or texts to check in on how things are going. I was able to meet Marian, the owner, to get a quote on some landscaping projects we have in mind and she was kind and helpful. We haven't moved forward with the landscaping projects yet but will definitely go with Metro Atlanta Lawn Care when we are ready to proceed. Can't recommend this company enough!

They charge $175 per hour and assured me their team works efficiently and doesn't waste time--but that wasn't my experience. In the end, I paid over $350 just to have my front and back lawn cut and some leaves blown, and the quality of work didn't justify the cost. Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. Overall, the service was overpriced and mediocre. They know the work they did does not match what they charged me. And when I said something, they went ghost. No way I'd use them again.

I had no problem paying an invoice for services rendered, although this was the first time I had received the invoice. I asked the owner to refrain from communicating with me in that way, and he responded, blaming me for his internal business issues. I terminated the business relationship but in response, the owner contacted my husband "...Im done being talked to like an idiot by your partner. Just rediculous [sic]..." Years ago, I had agreed to meet the owner one afternoon to discuss a yard matter. At 11:11 am that day, the owner texted me that he was onsite. I was unavailable at that time, but I said I could meet in the afternoon as we agreed. The owner texted back, "This is the afternoon." I clarified that the time was before noon, not afternoon, and let him know I would find another provider for that service.

Whenever we raised concerns with the owner, we were met with excuses and push back. We fired them when they did a really poor job before the holidays, the owner refused to fix the problems, and then he accused my wife of being uncooperative and hostile with his laborers; my wife never spoke with the owner or his laborers in her life. Blayz is expensive relative to other landscape companies (we've since hired a better firm for less), their work quality is mediocre at best, and the owner is very difficult to work with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
