One problem so far (telly only) - called in to 800 # and there was heavy call volume, recommended that I troubleshoot on the website. (Note: this is a favorite with these sites which only works when you can use the Internet (useless when the internet is the problem) or go online with your phone (nope, old school cheap cel for emergencies). - went online to Xfinity site, went to the Troubleshooting page, it took five minutes and I had my picture back on the telly. minus one star for bundling and two year packages, and the fact that ALL of these outfits seem to treat old customers like crap and new customers get the good deals.
