I've been seeing Dr. Jace for almost a year now after I injured my back from traveling. After a few visits, I felt major improvement in my pain levels. Now I mainly go for maintenance since my desk job really affects my back. Dr. Jace is very attentive and makes sure that you are treated well. The appointments do not take long but provide such relief. They use a massage gun prior to the adjustments. You can book an appointment with them thru the phone or via text. More on the positive, they are open on Saturday and there's plenty of parking in the parking lot. They take insurance which makes it affordable but if you don't have insurance, they do have packages that you can buy to bring the price down. I highly recommend them. I've been seeing Dr. Ryan this past year and can't say enough good things about him and the practice. He's extremely friendly and knowledgeable in his approach. Dr. Ryan is incredibly flexible when it comes to scheduling. My insurance plan allows for up to 20 annual visits at a low copay, so I always schedule my next appointment while I'm in office, about 2-3 weeks out (so they last throughout the year). If I ever have to reschedule an existing appointment to a different day or time, Dr. Ryan is always very responsive via text. I've met with other chiropractors in the past who were high-pressure and sales-focused. My experience with Dr. Ryan is completely different. He is focused on providing comfort and relief, at whatever frequency and level best suits my needs. I have recommended Stand Up Chiro & Dr. Ryan to many of my coworkers & friends. Great office vibe! When I first started seeing Dr. Ryan at the beginning of the pandemic, my back was in rough shape. I was having to pause every time I got out of bed before I started walking. I've been seeing Dr. Ryan ever since and he's been a life saver. My pain is almost non-existent now and when I do have issues arise, we discuss the problem areas and address. He also gives me exercises to try at home which I really appreciate. Really like this place. Without rushing, Ryan and Jace get you in and out. They are very attentive to patients needs, SUPER friendly, professional and thorough. I came for headaches - which disappeared shortly after my first week. However, the biggest advantage was for my knee, which I wasn't been seen for because I was receiving physical therapy for it. Ryan adjusted my knee and foot during one visit, really just on a whim and VOILA!!!! My knee pain was gone . . .felt like physical therapy wasn't even necessary. I have been going to see Dr. Ryan Berg for my chiropractic needs for 3 years now. At 41 years old, I've seen my fair share of chiropractors in my life. Some have been great!...and then retired... :( Others have started off great, and then fall into a "routine" of adjusting their patients, and service starts to decline. A few others have been horrible...just messing up my back in an effort to ensure that I keep coming back for adjustments. I can't say enough good things about the experience I've had with Ryan and Jace at Stand Up Chiropractic. I started going about six months ago for shoulder pain from carrying around my toddler son and after just a few appointments noticed a big difference. People who know me, know I only recommend the very best! I started seeing Dr. Bennett a couple of years ago, while he was still an intern. I've seen several interns in the past several years, but no one has stood out me as Dr. Bennett has. He was different from the others, that I followed him as a patient to his own practice at Back on Track Chiropractic. I live with chronic pain, from Fibromyalgia and chronic inflammation from other disorder. My physical issues are challenging and not everyone can work on me and not everyone can be treated the same. It takes knowledge, trial to different techniques, and lots of patience. Dr. Bennett shows a lot of compassion and takes as much time as needed to listen to concerns and to address them. If one thing doesn't work, he will try something else, until we both see and feel results. I am happy to say that Dr. Bennett is a big part of my maintenance for pain management. A month ago I went to the hospital due to an immediate, severe back pain. I was having trouble breathing. When I would try and take a deeper breath, the nerves would pinch and my back would lock for 5-10 seconds before I could catch my breath. Needless to say, I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I've been to physical therapy in the past from sports injuries, but had never gone to a chiropractor. The pain was so severe, my wife called Dr. Ryan, set an appointment for later THAT day (I was released from The hospital), and told me "you're going in!" Dr. Ryan took me through the entire process and what to expect each visit. He was incredibly patient with me having never been to a chiropractor. In the beginning, I was going in every day, then twice a week, once a week, and now every two weeks. I have my mobility back, I can start exercising again, (and once this quarantine is over....) Ryan is the best!! A few months ago my husband threw his back out bouncing our 3yo, 50lb, future linebacker Nephew on his shoulders. We tried letting him rest it out for a couple days, but the pain wouldn't subside. After about a week of pain we went to the emergency room, they really did nothing except tell him about his slipped discs we already knew about, and that he would need surgery. My husband is in his early thirties, and those types of procedures freak me out at such a young age. A day or so after the emergency room visit, and wasted $$$, He decided he felt good enough to walk the dogs with me...that did not go well. He fell into a bush and I had to practically piggy back him, while holding onto both of our huge dogs all the way home! I then remembered talking to my mom who suggested seeing a chiropractor earlier. I started looking into chiropractors that were still practicing, and taking appointments, since we were two weeks into Covid-19 at that point. I left messages, and called several places that pretty much straight ignored me, until I called Stand up Chiropractor. Ryan answered my call within two rings, and he offered to take my husband in that same day. I still remember practically carrying my husband into his office and filling the paperwork out. My husband looked so helpless, he's 6'2, and almost 200lbs, so I don't see that very often. My husband was also somewhat skeptical about the chiropractor, but once he met Ryan and found out they both liked listening to the guardians of the galaxy soundtrack, it was smooth sailing. Within one visit my husband was moving better, two visits he was walking again, and it only got better after that! It's now been 5 months and he is lifting weights again, jogging, and won't be bouncing our nephew around on his shoulders. Ryan also helped me with a small knee injury from running, a minor ankle twist, and an annoying neck pain. My experience at Stand-Up Chiropractic has been phenomenal. Done with my second session and I've noticed significant pain relief in my problem areas: my neck and back. Like many, I was not aware of the benefits chiropractic care. I placed my trust 100% on the treatment my PCP (primary care physician) recommended and never found long-term relief.
