My first treatment was amazing and I felt the effects immediately. I was told that in order to get the full benefit of Shockwave therapy you need multiple sessions per week for a set time. Because my insurance doesnt cover treatments I had to pay $528 for one session. I did soome Googling and found a place that charges nearly half as much and includes chiro adjustfments and massage therapy. read more

Dr Jimmy is amazing! I can work and function again! He really rescued my back and my ability to work. The pain in my middle back and my neck was getting worse and worse for a long time. He taught me special exercises for my problems, and how to decompress my spine. I have tried many chiropractors before but nothing like this place. Just a really bizarre experience here. I came in for the initial two appointments, met the chiro and took the X-rays, then a treatment plan was explained to me. The dr seemed very polite even though the girl up front was not. Unlike other chiro offices, this one is a pay up front type place: even with insurance, the treatment was still pretty expensive (almost 2k for 8 weeks) I ended up saying I needed to go home and think about it. The next week I said I had a couple questions and was given an email address to send them to. Super simple questions too. Never heard back. Reached out again a couple weeks later asking for an adjustment. Nothing. Just really bizarre behavior. I was never insulting or rude, but I guess they just figured I didn't have a lot of money so no use working with me? It's honestly hard to figure out what else it may have been. Guess I'll be going somewhere else. read more

If anything hurts, I highly endorse it. Everybody at Element Wellness is kind, considerate of our requirements, and informed about reducing joint discomfort. My knee was degrading my quality of life before treatment.. I had trouble getting into and out of cars, experienced excruciating pain when I got up from a sitting position, and sought aid mostly because my knee pain prevented me from obtaining a good night's sleep. I also wish to postpone getting a knee replacement, which I am eligible for. After the first treatment, I could sense the change. I got up pain-free. I had my initial session for softwave therapy last week with Jose. And while I have to admit I was skeptical at first, when I was asked to stand up, I did without issue or pain in my knee. I've got a torn meniscus, torn patella, and osteoarthritis in my knee, where you can feel the bones grind against each other. The pain was pretty intense and consistent for months. I wasn't eligible for surgery and the orthopedic surgeon said I should get PRP injections. That's not covered by insurance and neither is this BUT I did my research and found that this might be a more cost effective treatment option. So I gave it a go and I am really pleased with the results. Go for the initial consultation and session. If it doesn't work, you can call it quits. But if it does, like it did for me, you've got nothing to lose except pain! read more

I've been to a few chiropractors over the years and this one had some new tricks! X-rays, spinal decompression, standing vibration machine, soft wave and homework "exercises" that consist of spinal traction, static hold positions with wedges, etc. All the doctors are complete sweethearts As a previous business owner, I can say I admire their business model and even when the office is busy there is a pretty good flow. So let me start by saying that if your looking for an adjustment here and there, this isn't the place. If your looking to heal from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, etc. then this is the place if your willing to invest in your health. Yes, it is pricy but you will get the best adjustments you have ever had and that alone is well worth the money. I have been going to Element Wellness for over a year now and I cannot begin to tell you how much better I feel because I invested in my health. Eventually we get to a point in life that we decide we don't want to live in pain any longer and then we are we willing to pay for that treatment. SCAM Used car salesman, scare tactics. "Look at these x rays, it will only take 40 visits at they pay up front reduced price of 3000$ !!" Seems like everyone has the same amount of required visits to reach 100% recovery regardless of age, health, condition etc. Very pushy, cheesey sales pitches, it almost felt like a 2 am Infomercial at some points. Other than this, the people in general seemed nice, place was clean. Definitely a con though. Save your money and your time from being conned by this practices arrogance and thievery. read more

My mother came in for treatment, but her pain did not get any better. So needless to say the treatment plan was canceled. Her Arthritis is too advanced that this alternative medicine did not function for her unfortunately. The receptionist is not very friendly. They took the payment that was prepaid and they have a policy that they will not reimburse your money until 6 weeks have passed by. The time has come and we still have not received payment. Please improve your customer service. I have been chasing them around for the reimbursement. Please have some more professionalism. read more

I made an appointment for what I thought was a chiropractor. When I got there, I was told I would need x-rays and had to come back the following day to get the results. I was in pain and made an appointment at this office because I thought I could get treated the same day. I went back the next day for the x-ray results and was told that the full treatment would be $6000 over and above what my insurance covered. When I said I couldn't pay that, the price was reduced to $3000 if I use Credit Care. This felt like a timeshare presentation. I left the office never to return. read more

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Vince and Dr. Ryan and their fantastic staff at Element Wellness Center. I have a long history of spine surgeries and pain from RA in my joints and thought I had tried literally all treatments to decrease my pain and improve my health until I discovered this center. I started their chiropractic program a few months ago and was introduced to Stem Cell Machine therapy for pain and amazed at the results so far. Dr. Vince and Dr. Ryan along with his staff are truly amazing and one of a kind. I had been struggling with consistent chronic pain for years. Doctors called me crazy and told me I needed insane surgeries which did not guarantee any less pain. So, when I came to Element Wellness I was skeptical at first and completely apprehensive as they weren't the first chiropractic group I'd tried. Well was I blown away! First off, just them telling me I wasn't crazy, that they could see why I was in pain was truly a miracle to me. I'm pretty sure I cried! I was even more blown away by their kindness and understanding, how Dr. Vince just knew and always made me feel that I wasn't alone in this, that we would get through it together.
