My wife loves tacos and we saw this small shop inside the Superior in Chino. Really small place but friendly staff. We got the 25 taco platter and upgraded some tacos to birria taco. It took about 15 minutes to have them ready, it was a lot of tacos. They presented them well, but the quality of the meat was fair. For the carnitas they were a little on the dry side, as well as the Birria tacos. Not worth the upgrade. The best meat was the chicken and Carne asada tacos. Overall a decent place at a decent price. We don't regret it, but we probably will try a different place next time. Give it a shot,

Dropped in at Stand Up Tacos after picking up some marinated chicken at Superior. Was intrigued by their loud "Taco Tuesday" signage heralding $1.50 street style Tacos (asada, carnitas, al pastor or buche) and was hooked by the enticing smells emanating from their flat top grill, aka plancha. I chose simply- a quartet of Asada tacos, heaped with finely diced white onions and cilantro. The service was quick and pleasant. The Tacos were good, fulfilling. A Stand up value on your Stand up Tacos!

Worst rip off ever! I ordered the Caldo de rez to go and was a total of 18.00 dollars , only to come home and find 3 small pieces of meat 2 bite size pieces of cabbage and 1 potato . Ridiculous portion! It was all broth . Even the rice was a little amount, a quarter of a small cup. I was even charged a 1.00 dollar misc. fee . I don't recommend coming here at all, stick to Cardenas where they pack the bowl at only 10.99. Calling in was no help, just trying to justify the portion.

What does it take to believe in all the things you believe? Wednesday Flautas Special from #standuptacoschino

As you know, I'm a sucker for a good flauta. And this, while not the best, are a decent example of flautas for an under $10 price point for the combo on Wednesdays. It's crunchier than I like--I always think of a doughy fried flour tortilla around beef when I think flautas--but a crunchier corn tortilla is fine. But to me that ventures into taquito territory. And you do get four with the plate. The rice and beans were alright. The only letdown were the sour cream and guac, but that's easily remedied by asking them to hold it. The service and ambiance were fine; it is a joint inside a grocery store after all. But I thought it was serviceable and clean, and all the staff were very friendly. One bad point is that it had a lot of microtransactions, like charging $1 for refills on your soda and $1 for using a credit cards. If it were not for this nickel and diming, I think I would be back more often. But as it is, it really puts a bad taste in my mouth when the price isn't the price for the practices I normally do free of charge anywhere else.

Had the burrito graving and yelp led me here. The location is inside the Superior grocery store which at first I was hesitant but gave it a try. I ordered the Carna asada wet burrito which didn't disappoint. The red sauce was nice and spicy and had toppings on top with the cheese and sauce. Overall the burrito was tasty although it could have been a little larger in size, more meat. There is a charge to use your credit card which is a downer.

The tacos here are SOOOO GOOD and such a bargain: Tues: Buche, pollo, carnitas, al pastor $1.25 / asada $1.50 Thur: Fish taco $1.25 Friday: Shrimp taco $1.25 They put plenty of protein and veggies on each taco and everything tastes fresh! I could literally eat here everyday! It's so hard to decide which I love best -- buche, fish, or shrimp! Red salsa is delicious. I perfer it better than their green. They also have a dark red salsa that is also awesome. This place is small with only a fewe tables, and located within a groxery store.

Flor is always nice and welcoming once one steps in. I'll usually place my order and grab what ever items I need from Superior Grocery Store and return to find my order ready to go. Highly recommended, flavor is great, burrito portion is fulfilling and the hospitality has always been on par. Nice ambiance.

Blurry but you can make out the price for the lengua combo

Really great food. The carnitas are my favorite. Good customer service also. Just wish they were open later.

I really came for the Quesobirria tacos I ordered the combo with 3 tacos and rice and beans. Also got a regular drink that did not come with the combo. Total was around $25 which kinda crazy but I understand price for meat has gotten higher so restaurants still need to make a profit. They had three salsa this I have to say was the only downside was that none of them were actually spicy at all. I'm not sure if the one I had was the habanero one that's what it was labeled, but it did not taste nor look like habanero salsa so perhaps they just didn't have that one at the bar. Once I got my plate, it looked great Every taco had a very good portion of meat inside they were nice and seasoned. The meat was not even remotely dry. It was nice and tender and juicy. Tacos were by far the best ones I've had in this area. Their rice and beans were good as well. All in all, I definitely will be coming back. Also, I love that they have outdoor seating.

First of all, the decorations are amazing. The first thing that caught our eyes were the hanging lit up butterflies. They really make a statement. Next to them is a tree covered in Christmas lights, and next to that is a lit up aquarium looking thing. Even when I went to the restroom, I noticed that the cement floor had sparkly gold specks and something that looked like the Milky Way. As a vegetarian, I was so happy that the menu had leaf symbols so that I could quickly tell which items I could ask for without meat. The food came out fast. It felt like we had barely ordered them and the waitresses were suddenly coming out with them. The portions were huge, like my sister ordered the grande nachos and it really was grand. It looked like an appetizer that was meant to be shared with a group of people. The food tasted good. I enjoyed my meal so much that as big as it was, I devoured the majority of it and only stopped because I was too full. Towards the end, one of the employees asked if he could take away my plate and even though I knew he wasn't our waitress and it probably wasn't his job, I asked him for boxes instead. When our waitress came to our table to ask if I wanted boxes, the other employee at that moment handed us the boxes. I thought it was nice that the other employee did that for us even though he probably wasn't expected to. Overall, we had a great experience here.

Let's get something in here that's well liked and tolerated by everybody that can last a few years instead of every other year there's something new struggling to make it go. Their street tacos and food platters weren't bad and the beer was always cold, it was a quiet place to hide out but I guess that was its downfall sometimes you could be the only one in there or two or three other people and that won't pay the bills in a location that's known for high rent.

Our food arrived pretty quickly after ordering. The staff was friendly and continued to check in on us. The complete menu was next to said employee who stood there patiently while waiting for you to decide on something all while not holding up the line. We settled on 2 taco combos: baja fish and baja shrimp, both on corn tortillas. Then we ordered another set of a la carte tacos, more baja shrimp and fish tacos, but this time on flour. The total came out to $52+ (including CAs seemingly mandatory these days tip). The friendly employee gave us our receipt, order number and beverage cup, and we waited. In contrast to other reviewers apparently short wait times, we sat waiting around a half hour for our take out order to be delivered to us at our table. We headed back home as soon as we got our order and the food held up very nicely. Id say the tacos were delicious and very filing. The battered fish and shrimp in each were generously portioned and the cabbage toppings on each were not only refreshing but eye appealing as well. Although the tacos hit the spot, I have to be honest about the rice and beans, as being an Angelo--if the spot has legit Rice n Beans, then everything else on the menu is spot on. Can't say this holds true for this spot, as it was quite literally the worst rice and beans Ive ever had from an establishment touting Mexican (style) food. I opened the takeout container of rice and was disappointed to say the least, it was just a helping of white rice-- the same as you would get at Chinese takeout. The beans? Even worse than the rice. I sat for a while trying to figure out how to not toss them out, as that would be throwing money away. I'm still pondering.... Go for the tacos, stay clear of the R&B.
