Carne Asada Fries with salsa poured on top

I was looking for some Mexican food on my lunch break and taqueria mora was the closest. At the time I was craving carne asada fries and they did not disappoint. The pricing was great compared to most places I've been too and the service was fast and the employees were nice and respectful. The restaurant was nice and clean I would come back to try other items on the menu!

Bomb bomb bomb Stop by for lunch to pick up something real fast and this is a really good spot to eat. It's probably one of the best in the area for tacos. The workers were really nice as well too really good people will come again. Highly recommend the spot.

Awesome spot for tacos! I haven't been here in a long time and thought to stop by for lunch. They are normally very busy with long lines which go out the door. Friendly service. Great service. Ambiance nice and clean. Ordered 2 crispy Potatoes tacos 1 soft Carne Asada taco 1 Mexican coke You can ask for the yellow hot chili, pepper/carrots on the side. Adding mild or spicy sauce over the tacos are absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back and come for their Taco Tuesdays special.

I heard the hype about Taqueria Mora and finally gave in, no regrets!! I went straight for the Quesabirria Tacos w consomé and man oh man... it was delish!! The tacos were juicy, cheesy, and fresh. The consomé was so comforting.... deep, rich, slow-cooked magic in a cup!! I'd like to thank whoever decided soup and tacos should be best friends!! Prices are much lower than other comparable tacho shops. Safe to say, I'm already planning my next visit. If the rest of the menu is half as good as the quesabirria, I might just frequent this spot more often.

Stopped by for some Birria and I will say the queso birria tacos did not disappoint!! The meat was tender and had flavor! They were not skimpy either, very filling. I will be stopping by to try other items on the menu as I saw other things I wanted. The place is clean and has cute decor! Wish I would have taken pictures of them but they smelled so good that I couldn't wait to try them

Edit: I have unfortunately needed to amend my review from the original 5* to a 1* due to fraudulent billing charges. The total on my receipt was not what showed up on my credit card statement. This was not a simple matter of paying the wrong amount or being charged a different sum at the counter - the agreed upon sum was modified after I had left the establishment. As such, I disputed the charge with my credit card company and left a complaint with the CA AG's office. Restaurants tacking on additional fees or setting their default tips to egregious amounts is already ridiculous. This, however, is outright criminal. -- Original: For a post-work dinner, I stopped by Taqueria Mora. Despite it being full at 7pm, I only needed to wait in line behind one person before ordering and paying at the counter. I capitalized on their Taco Thursday promotion - their normal tacos cost only $1.49 (excludes head, tongue, and stomach meats). I ordered 8 tacos - 2 carnitas, 2 al pastor, 2 beef, and 2 birria. All had the usual diced onion and cilantro garnish. I also asked for lemons and extra green salsa. The meats seemed flavorful and juicy and the salsa managed to impart flavor without being drowned out by the meats. For the price, this seems unbeatable.

Best taqueria ever, not just in Chino hills. I pretty much come here at least once a week. There's literally so many options to choose from. I have tried just about everything, my go to is usually a carnitas burrito, tacos de carnitas, birria, chicken, pastor, asada. I have ordered menudo on the weekend. They tent to get really busy during lunch time and on the weekends. I recommend you call in your order so it's ready when you get there. Everyone that works there is really friendly. They just recently remodeled and the place looks great. Come by and give it a try you will not regret it.

Didn't know there was a taco spot in this plaza. This place reminds me of a mom and pop food truck but in a sit down setting. I tried their lengua, al pastor, and asada tacos. They were good, light, and not too oily. I requested for extra onions and cilantro and they delivered! However, there was something from the tacos that felt missing. but I can't quite put my finger on what it is. I probably craved for more salsa and flavor on the meats. Prices were reasonable and service was friendly.

Try out the Tuesday tacos special for only $1.50 each. It's a great deal!! Not all tacos are for $1.50, some are regular price like the Lengua, cabeza, and tripa. It tastes good and the ingredients are fresh. Make sure to request enough sauce/salsa. otherwise they only give out one tiny small container. The staff is nice and helpful. The restaurant is clean and it has open concept where you can see them cooked and prep the food. Recommend for special taco Tuesday!!

I love this place--it's close to my job, the nachos are my go-to, and the red salsa is really spicy. If you don't like spicy, definitely go for the green salsa instead. Today, though, I saw a woman being incredibly disrespectful. Mistakes can happen when ordering food, but the staff was very kind and offered to fix her order at no charge. Instead of appreciating that, she started asking why the cooks spoke Spanish "if this was America," which was both rude and racist. Despite her behavior, the staff remained patient, and I really admire them for that. The team here is doing an amazing job . I'm pretty sure all the customers that saw this were on your side !

The combo came with rice, beans, and a fountain drink. After I paid i noticed that they have fountain Pepsi, but only canned coke. Not sure if you can ask for canned coke instead of a fountain drink without an additional charge but I personally prefer coke over Pepsi. I decided to get dr. Pepper since I had a fountain drink cup. What I do like is you can get some lemon, onions, and chili peppers from the condiment bar. I like chili peppers and appreciate these are free whereas I have had to pay extra for a bag of 3 elsewhere. There are also an assortment of packaged sauces as well as their prepared sauces such as Chipotle and green/red salsa. The portion sizes here are good. I took the food home to eat and was pretty full by the time I ate one taco. The condiments enhanced the meal. Rice and beans were fine. For $14 total its not a bad deal. I think if I didn't do takeout and ate at the restaurant, my breaded fish would not be soggy. However, the flavor was there. I would return to try their ceviche as that looked pretty fresh!

I really came for the Quesobirria tacos I ordered the combo with 3 tacos and rice and beans. Also got a regular drink that did not come with the combo. Total was around $25 which kinda crazy but I understand price for meat has gotten higher so restaurants still need to make a profit. They had three salsa this I have to say was the only downside was that none of them were actually spicy at all. I'm not sure if the one I had was the habanero one that's what it was labeled, but it did not taste nor look like habanero salsa so perhaps they just didn't have that one at the bar. Once I got my plate, it looked great Every taco had a very good portion of meat inside they were nice and seasoned. The meat was not even remotely dry. It was nice and tender and juicy. Tacos were by far the best ones I've had in this area. Their rice and beans were good as well. All in all, I definitely will be coming back. Also, I love that they have outdoor seating.

First of all, the decorations are amazing. The first thing that caught our eyes were the hanging lit up butterflies. They really make a statement. Next to them is a tree covered in Christmas lights, and next to that is a lit up aquarium looking thing. Even when I went to the restroom, I noticed that the cement floor had sparkly gold specks and something that looked like the Milky Way. As a vegetarian, I was so happy that the menu had leaf symbols so that I could quickly tell which items I could ask for without meat. The food came out fast. It felt like we had barely ordered them and the waitresses were suddenly coming out with them. The portions were huge, like my sister ordered the grande nachos and it really was grand. It looked like an appetizer that was meant to be shared with a group of people. The food tasted good. I enjoyed my meal so much that as big as it was, I devoured the majority of it and only stopped because I was too full. Towards the end, one of the employees asked if he could take away my plate and even though I knew he wasn't our waitress and it probably wasn't his job, I asked him for boxes instead. When our waitress came to our table to ask if I wanted boxes, the other employee at that moment handed us the boxes. Haha Anywho, when I got the receipt I noticed I was charged an extra $2 for avocado and a small service fee. I asked the workers about these charges and they explained it to me. I had both charges removed and I highly recommend the workers be upfront with customers before they print the receipt. Anything that is an extra charge or additional fee should be mentioned beforehand as to not sour the experience and to avoid printing multiple copies. For instance, ask the customer if they want avocado or not and mention the charge and when they're ready to pay the bill ask how they'd like to pay and be transparent beforehand about any fees associated with their choice of payment. As a customer, the experience is better when employees are kindly upfront. After I paid I wasn't given back my receipt so I did ask for it. While I waited they gave me some chips and the food came out within 5 mins. It was quick. I took it home and enjoyed it. Its not the best ceviche I've had but it was decent. They gave me a bag full of tostados, crackers, lime, and multiple sauces. The fries were soft but the flavor was alright. The white queso sauce they included with the fries saved it.
