I purchased Coral Star and Red Haven Peach trees in the Fall of 24 and received what was tagged as such in early April 2025. I immediately reached out about my concern of a broken or damaged root and was told it is not necessary to be concerned about damage to major or mature roots but rather be concerned about the softer tissues. I sent photos and shared that neither of the roots were covered in damp matter during shipping as they were just placed inside plastic bags and placed into a cardboard shipping box (the roots were not wrapped). The "trees" were about 4' tall but have been trimmed down to 32" on the Red Haven due to a lot of dead young limbs and more needs to be cut off (side limbs) and the Coral Star has no stock left as it died off quickly over the past 7-8 weeks even given the great rain season and wonderful care. It was trimmed down to under 22" last evening to find anything green on the leader. When ordering, In my mind, I envisioned what would look like young trees when I purchased these trees sight unseen. I paid $186 for the two and would not recommend trees from this nursery. Would you purchase either of these for $90 each? I have communicated at length without any sympathy and getting "just wait until July, I think you will be happy". Happy that I do not have a tree with Coral Star only little sapling looking leaves that stand about 12" from ground level for $90? Or Red Haven looking like it is struggling but is currently standing about 32" tall and that is after 8 weeks of TLC. It is a waste of time to discuss issues with VanWell thinking that they would have sympathy for someone who has no identifying looks of a tree 8 weeks into planting. "Just be patient" they say. A waste of my valuable time in sending multiple photos over the weeks and texting along with phone calls and I am stuck with a sorry excuse for "trees". My Home Depot is selling 5-6' Red Haven trees for $59 and they are full of green leaves. If only I had found these prior to purchasing from this nursery. I hope I am the only one who has had to deal with such dissatisfaction and irresponsible handling of my order of two trees. 40 years of planting trees and gardening and never had to cut trees down to the ground before. Not even an I am sorry, just "be patient". I am so very disappointed and not a mention of reimbursing a little to compensate or offering returns. I give 2 stars because at least they wasted my time calling or texting a couple of times where they could have just left me in the wind all though the same result.

I hit a link that took me to a what I thought was a local Cashmere florist. Nice pictures of the "family owned local florist" shop. The problem was that it was not a local florist at all. Just some site for a tele-florist faked up to look like a local shop. Then, Friday morning, just two hours before the service, I get an e-mail saying that they can't fulfill my order! In a complete panic I called Kashmir Gardens. They were able to make an arrangement for me and they somehow got it to the church on time. Absolutely outstanding! This kind of service is why I always try to deal with a local florist!

He was concerned about a working solution but with the ability to work between customers while I did other shopping, Blake was able to work with the paint and tints to make a very pleasing alternative. He was very professional, patient, and communicative with the other customers and me during the entire process, making everyone a happy customer. I stayed at home and watched for the truck. At 730 pm on Monday and no delivery yet! I call the 800 number for distribution center. They forward me to the local store (60 miles away, this is rural). The manager at the store sees it was ordered, processed (they have plenty of stock), but they did not see it actually having been loaded that morning for delivery! THEY sent me the email saying it was coming. They "processed" it, but did not load it???? WTHeck. Manager sees it in the system for delivery, but nothing was loaded, so will try to find the drivers or the delivery team manager to figure out what is up! HOW does a delivery notice get sent to email, yet the product NEVER got loaded? Shouldn't the email come after it is loaded? BAD EXPERIENCE. THEY told me to be here today. Not like I picked it. American business is FAILING. We USED to make it happen.

A phone call to them resulted in them coming across as "put out" to have to deliver to our "Far Away", 45 minute drive, location. FedEx, UPS, Macy's and Very Nice manufactured homes have all delivered to our area without any problems. Gravel, Soil etc. all delivered to this area. Bottom Line, they don't offer services as advertised and with a poor customer service attitude when talking with my wife regarding delivery of top soil to our location. They also stated "You can always use someone else".
