Easy I know, but I'm pushing 70, have a bad back, and it's a relatively heavy bike so it's more challenging for me to lift it up on a rack, bend over to unscrew the valve caps, and pump the flat tires up. Coles told me when I bought the bike from them to bring it over anytime for air and lube, but whenever I do, they either want to charge me for a minor tune and/or keep the bike a day or longer. After yet another stop at Coles (closest shop to me) and subsequent disappointment, I walked the double flat tire bike to Jan's. Seems like I do this every year. At Jan's, Floyd greeted me warmly and was HAPPY to lift the bike on the rack, lube it up far better than I would, and inflate my tires for me. Jan's always provides me with xlnt customer service no matter what I buy or ask to be serviced, and I'm grateful for that. They don't stand behind their Warranty. I purchased new…read morebike tires from gravity that were supposed to be under warranty. The back tire failed and I was told they don't make this particular tire anymore and the owner tried to push another off brand tire on me. I wouldn't accept the off brand tire which was a big miss match and the owner became very rude and angry with me. I asked for my bike back and he brought it back to me unassembled with just the bare rim with no tire to protect the rim. He said he threw away the original tire when I asked for it. Funny how I was able to go on line and find the exact same tire that they said they don't make anymore. I felt like I was being scammed. The guy became pretty hostile with me. Not impressed.

They gave us one pair of skis with the bindings not adjusted properly, customer service wanted us to deal with it instead of helping us. And we have to return them ourselves even with the issues. Would have just rented from park city sport right by the mountain if I knew they were going to be so unhelpful. Also after skiing one hill the other pair of boots we had the buckles were loose and we had to go back and have them fix them. Quite literally the worst experience ever. Also park city sport was $20- 40 a day cheaper for rentals.
