This company has horrible customer service. I placed an online order and never got a notification that it was fulfilled or ready for pickup. I called the next day, and no one answered. I called again five minutes later, and a grumpy old guy sounded annoyed and bothered about my call asking about the order. He said he hadn't seen any order and didn't know how to look it up. He huffed and puffed as he checked whether they had the part in stock, acting like I was taking him away from other "important" work. I went to the store and bought the part. The next day I realized the online order was still pending on their site. I called the store, and it was answered, and then they hung up. Then I called again and got the grumpy guy, who got the manager on the line. The manager was cocky, told me he couldn't cancel the order, and told me not to worry about it. I told him I preferred it to be canceled, and I couldn't do it on my end. I didn't want to accidentally get charged twice. The manager told me they never fulfill online orders. What? I told him they should remove it from their site and not offer that option. He said another company would have to cancel the order. He said he couldn't. I said, don't you have a relationship with that company, and you could call them with the order number and ask them to cancel the order? Then he said, yes, he could do that. I kind of doubt he will. The young guy who is helping customers find things and is the cashier was the only bright spot and nice person in that store. I can't believe grown men don't know how to give good customer service. Would have just rented from park city sport right by the mountain if I knew they were going to be so unhelpful. Also after skiing one hill the other pair of boots we had the buckles were loose and we had to go back and have them fix them. Quite literally the worst experience ever. Also park city sport was $20- 40 a day cheaper for rentals.

We stayed just 4 blocks away from base area for easy walk, and the staff all assisted us quickly & friendly.
