I'm a customer who has been coming here for over two years on and off and have spent a good deal of money here - thousands of dollars of cedar for my 100+ year old home. I will say that the service here tends to be helpful and friendly. If you need help, they will be happy to help and if you just want to look around, they don't bug you. If I'm shopping for an everyday hardware item, I will typically stop into Godwin's first, but I now check the going price for the item and if it's significantly more expensive here, I just go somewhere else.
