I am not sure there are enough positive surpurlatives that I can use to describe Keegan and Michael's qualities as a real estate agents but I'll try... Integrity - this was important to me. These guys hold themselves to a higher ethical standard and behaved and communicated professionally. Also - Keegan and Michael were working with my savings! With their guidance and support they proved they were trustworthy. They proved we could relay on both of them to be communicative with all parties involved, punctual with timelines and calls with updates. They genuinely a good people. Keegan and Michael taught me that real estate agents are advocates for their clients and they held true to that promise. I hope the rest of this review highlights that commitment. Determination - Keegan and Michael were always determined to succeed in our offer. While they never gave up and were relentless with our deal, they were also tactful, professional and polite with our seller. Keegan and Michael made my partner and I feel like succeeding was the focus and main goal. Detailed orientated and problem solvers- Keegan and Michael were able to focus on details and solve any and all issues that came up. They were able to help us solve problems with in our budget. I am so thankful we found these men to trust with our money and our dream of buying our first home. Self motivated - Keegan and Michael were the first and last people working on our case. I don't know where they get the energy and organizational skills from but they worked together, were top of every detail and no one had to ask them anything or remind them. They kept sellers / seller agent accountable as well. I have all the faith in the world that these agents would work just as hard for anyone else. Great negotiation skills - Keegan and Michael walked us through the negotiation process. They looked ahead strategically and communicated with us every step of the way. Well dressed - Keegan and Michael will show up in a smart well fitted suit and Keegan knows good Italian leather when he sees it. You can assume these two will dress like professionals which I believe helped us win over the sellers too. Amazing communication - I already hinted at this but I was blown away with how well Michael and Keegan communicated with us, the sellers, seller agents, and the mortgage broker. They were constantly fielding questions by us, and proved to be good and patient listeners never tiring with our questions and needs. Also, they gave us the time and space we needed to make our own decisions. Keegan and Michael both asked good questions to get a holistic view of us and our wants/ needs and helped us with realistic expectations. One or the other would always got back to us when promised, often in joint calls together. They both have charming smiles, a kind demeanor, confidence, wit, humor, and intelligence which helped us communicate across the board. In my experience these agents were fantastic and enthusiastic real estate agents and treated my partner and I very well. I have been known to be a good judge of character. If someone ever has a negative experience with Keegan I would be very very surprised.

    I once made the error in requesting to see a property via RF online. I didn't realize that KC…read morewasn't the listing agent, instead he was in cahoots with RF and became a liaison between myself and the actual listing agent. I had to travel for work and ultimately decided to cancel the viewing. That was over 5 months ago and yet, every week, I have been harassed by KC via phone calls, texts, and emails every single week. Not once have I expressed further interest in working with him or any other property, but the harassment continues. It's gotten to the point where he knows that I'm still active on RF, he somehow can see what properties I've liked there, and continues to reach out. I do not want to work with you KC. Your harassment, even after being ignored at every turn, has not only turned me away from ever working with you, but it's annoyed me enough to warrant this negative review. I hope you're happy now.

    I am filing a Complaint against Transtar Real Estate Solutions AKA Southpoint Communities which…read moremanaged Sanwood Mobile Home Park Sanwood Mobile Home Park located at 1515 Busbee Rd. Lot 31 Gaston, SC 29053 for not living up to their commitment of doing proper repairs thus causing possible health issues for me. They have displayed many times unethical business practices many times while crossing state lines. The following is examples of my experience with Sanwood Mobile Park which is managed by Southpoint Communities.Transtar December 2019 they replaced the back deck in my porch with used lumber making it far more unsafe than the original deck. I complained stating if I have to use it doing an emergency and fall through it they would be responsible. They later replaced the boards but left the old frame. I later walked out on the back deck and it feels like you are going to fall through, because they never used new wood for the frame. So now it still is unsafe and nothing is being done about it. I had a leak over my garden tub last August. I complained to management and they just sent a maintenance man to put silicone on it. In February after I renewed my lease I had to give them an ultimatum to either get a certified roofer to fix the leak or I was going to report them to the proper authorities. They sent a roofer out to fix the leak. Again, I could have mold growing causing health issues. I have had an electrical outlet separated from the wall exposing dangerous wires since I moved in in February 1, 2019.. I have complained several times to no avail. There is a three inch gap from my front door to the front deck. Many times I have tripped over it coming inside almost falling on the floor in my condition. Again, I complained to no avail. They go up on everyone's rent each year stating that in order to keep providing proper maintenance they have to keep up with rising cost.This statement is totally false! They went up on my rent this past February and don't door the needed repairs. This company does not inform anyone until lease signing that they can either pay an aditional $25.00 a moth from April through October to have a lawn service to cut your grass or you can opt out and cut it yourself. This company harass the tenants about cutting their grass going as far as not giving proper warning thus charging an additional $40.00 to their account for the lawn service to cut it. They tried to do that with me 2 months ago. This company turns the water off to all 58 homes to fix water leaks in vacant trailers leaving the tenants without water for hours at a time knowing each unit has it's own water turn off. Many times I have not been able to take a shower for work, because the water has been turned off to fix a leak. When they do fix major repairs they do it only on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the tenants and Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays they work on the vacant trailers so they can rent them out quickly to keep their cash flow going leaving their tenants sometimes in hazardous living conditions! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY! Tom

    Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

Over the past decade, I've trusted them with everything from property sales to day-to-day property management. in our most recent transaction, Liz went above and beyond by managing a major pre-sale remodel for my property. she handled everything from roof repairs and leak remediation, to a complete overhaul of a bathroom and large kitchen. The entire process was completely seamless. Liz kept me well informed on major decisions while effortlessly taking care of all the day-to-day details. Liz and her team are true partners who genuinely care about their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will absolutely continue to do business with them in the future!
