My wife and I have successfully closed our first home with Shane from The Standfield Group, and we could not be happier with the result. We are in our early 30s and 4 years into our happy marriage. We have been working with Dave Biehler for over a year looking for that illusive waterfront home. We did not realize at the time that Stanfield Group has the Harbour well mapped out and knows the clients very well. I was amazed at how Standfield group has an edge on other realtors because of their intimate relations with most of the home owners in the Harbour. I recently used Nesip Tarcan from Sotheby's International Stanfield Real Estate to sell my parents home. Nesip did an outstanding job for us. I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire sales process. Nesip came out to the house and met with my mother and I, suggested some minor enhancements and repairs that we should perform to prepare the house for sale. This was an important part of the process and we wouldn't have received the great price on the property if I had chose not to do a little prep work. He also provided me with several contractors who could perform the work. In addition, during the first meeting he brought some comps of similar houses in the neighborhood so we could determine an appropriate selling price. Once the work was completed we listed the house and sold it in one week. We got an excellent price for the home. He also found a cash buyer for us! Bridgit Ryan is the (wo)man!! We had a tricky commercial/residential property listed with a different realtor (who was a really 'nice guy'...) last summer for about 6 months, and in that time we only ever got lowball offers or excuses as to why there was little interest in the property "it's the interest rates" ... "it's a tough market"..."financing for this type of property is difficult"...blah blah blah. SoCal real estate was/is RED HOT and we knew it...so, after flushing that other realtor, we hired Bridgit because I sensed she was a 'killer' and would do a much better job. Within a week of giving her the listing, we received MULTIPLE offers extremely close to our (aggressive) asking price and we closed within about 2 weeks. She is highly organized and seems to have a deep knowledge of the Long Beach real estate landscape. She underpromised and over delivered. When our buyer tried to play some last minute games with us over credits and other things, Bridgit stepped right in and squashed it like a steam roller. Recently I attended a local Music in the Park event in Huntington Beach which was sponsored by The Stanfield Group . I have to say it was really amazing how much they provided to the local community at this event and how incredibility friendly each and every person was from the group to all the people that attended, especially considering the huge turn out! There were so many people that came that I do not know how they managed it all but they certainly did an excellent job with it and you could tell people were very excited!
