Here's your new tire place. Basically they did exactly what I needed. I needed 5 out of 6 tires replaced... I had 2, I needed 2, and one could be moved from one location to another. They did exactly that. Four spanking new tires on the drive axle (including two very reasonably priced retreads), and 2 existing tires on the front which I should get another 6 months out of before requiring replacement. Now this takes a while... You might be here for three hours if you got a commercial truck. But it makes sense - this ain't your grandma's Toyota Corolla's tires. These things weigh 70-80 pounds each... getting them on is serious work. So Long story short: three tires provided by me, changed, two provided by them. $550. That's damn good for commercial truck work.

I contacted A&M Towing in East Hartford CT. I spoke with Luis an extremely amicable and professional gentleman who quoted me a hookup and mileage rate way cheaper than @AAA and listened to me while I vented regarding my situation, within moments he had me laughing, sent the link for payment, and told me to call my Lyft and go home he'd take care of everything. Within 30 minutes another wonderful gentleman arrived at my home with my truck. As he suggested I paid for the tow while being driven home. I was so impressed with his empathy and professionalism a stellar company and gentlemen who literally helped a tired lady get home after a long days work and ordeal with @AAA (review coming soon) I totally recommend this company for your towing needs. The level of customer service, professionalism and empathy just doesn't exist anymore. Do yourself a favor and give Luis a call at A&M Towing. Thank you Luis, you made my night.

yup, a 4 star review for a truck leasing company…read more i moved, again, for the last time while i am vertical! and again, like a trooper, i did it myself, well, minus a truck, which they provided. its a budget leasing space. i think they do other towing and repo and god knows what, i only needed a truck. look around yelpers, i think their prices were the best, plus, you can get promocodes online to save even more. i had to change my reservations oooo about 6 times, thanks unreliable buyer, anyway, they were able to move it around, take this out, move that, etc. of course, when i show up and had reserved a 16 footer with a ramp, they tried to give me a liftgate, i went in panic mode, they fixed it up and i left with my ramped truck. (fyi, right there i could have gone crisis or retold the seinfield anecdote about making the reservation, but not keeping it, check it out, true) so long short, good service, very affordable, well when i double check the credit card statement we will find out, and i would recommend them, not for myself, to hell with that, ill be dead before i move again.

I requested roadside service from my insurance today at about 1:40 am to change a flat tire. It…read moretook about 20 minutes to get confirmed with a company. The ETA was 45-80 minutes. 75-78 minutes later the ETA said they'd be arriving soon and then it changed to 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes were up, it changed to 35 minutes. I called and got no answer. Called again and was told that the ETA kept getting pushed back because of snow plows. Once again the ETA says it is arriving soon, and was then pushed back again. They sent a car out from Connecticut to the Bronx which is a just a little over 1.5 hours. I checked the traffic several times and saw that there were no delays despite them saying that there was traffic due to snow plows. My frustration comes from the 2 times where the ETA time reached a point where the arrival said it is arriving soon but instead the time kept getting pushed back. In total it took about 2.5 hours for the assistance to arrive. It that time would have been clear from the beginning I would have had a chance to call my insurance to schedule with someone else. It looks to me (from my experience and other reviews) like they accept all calls regardless of distance and mislead customers and insurance companies with ETA's to secure business. Absolutely horrible experience and I will be submitting a complaint with my insurance company.

I asked for a different company and they contacted CVM. The original estimate for arrival was 30-60 minutes but the driver, Vinny, was stuck in traffic. Vinny contacted me to let me know that he would be arriving outside of the estimated window so I new that someone was at least on the way. when Vinny arrived he was very professional and courteous. he apologized again for being late, changed my tire and continued to inspect my car for any other issues that may have occurred. he showed me the issue with my tire and also noticed my other front tire had the same issue. Because of Vinny I was able to bring my car back to the repair shop and get my car fixed under warranty. thank you so much Vinny!

While the staff was friendly enough, the service I received left much to be desired. It took much longer than expected for a relatively simple repair, and I wasn't kept in the loop during the process. I had to call several times to get updates, which was frustrating. When I finally got my car back, the issue I brought it in for wasn't fully resolved, and I ended up having to take it to another shop to get it fixed properly. On top of that, the final bill was higher than the initial estimate, with no clear explanation for the additional charges. I appreciate that auto repairs can be complex, but the lack of communication and transparency was a real disappointment. If you're looking for a better experience, I highly recommend heading over to Midas on Weston Street. They are transparent, quick, have reasonable prices, and if you stay, you get to see your car get worked on! I wish I had gone there instead.

Andrew was very professional, nice, efficient and made sure I was safe. Of the 5 ppl I spoke with that evening he was the only person asking if I was ok. Andrew is an asset to your company. I contacted Center the next morning for the doughnut tire to be installed so I could drive a few miles to have the tire repaired. I do not remember that young mans name. He was also nice and very efficient.
