I recently had the opportunity to visit Doctor Stephen Kuzmak for dental work. I previously had…read moretwo root canals performed by an endodontist in Timonium and it didn't go great and in return caused breakage to my teeth. I have always had a fear of dentist because of past experiences which were very painful. I researched top dentist in Maryland and I came across Dr. Kuzmak, Towson View Dental Care and decided to give them a call and make an appointment. I was very nervous about the visit because I had two broken teeth with only the roots left in my gums. Upon my arrival I was meant by a warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Kuzmack himself came out to the waiting area to greet me and to offer me a bottle of water. That definitely helped take the edge off. He explained everything to me before he began the procedure. I always brace myself for the initial needle stick and deep burning that follows from the Novocaine... However to my surprise Dr. Kuzmack pulls out a device that he uses in conjunction with the needles that massages your gums during injection which helped to alleviate any pain! I was totally taken back that I did not feel ANY pain the entire procedure. No pain from the needle or the root extraction. If you are in need of any dental work and have a fear that there may be pain, or you are in search of quality dental service Dr. Kuzmack of Towson View Dental Care should be your #1 choice! I don't usually leave reviews, but I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Andersen!…read more For nearly three weeks, I had severe pain in one of my back teeth along with what appeared to be a "lesion" on the inside of my gum. I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. I truly can't thank you enough.

I reluctantly agreed, and then on that second visit a different dentist demanded I undergo extensive imaging unrelated to the crown in question. When I declined the panorex she refused to either treat me or refer me to another dentist. This was unprofessional and unethical. If you want to make your own dental choices, this is not the practice for you.

I was using a cane for my last visit; and every staff member was attentive to my safety and comfort due to this. Their new office (across from their old row house location) offers amenities unavailable before: spacious surroundings (safer during respiratory illness seasons) And a more organized space permitting better privacy for consultations/ discussions. When I arrived to do further work in 2020, it was right when the pandemic started. I had Covid symptoms and I was told they could not see me that day. Fast forward to 2023, and I still receive a bill in the mail for $35 for a service that I never received. The receptionist told me that I did receive the service because otherwise they would not have my X-rays. However, I distinctly remember walking in and walking out on the date that they say I received service in 2020. Looking back on it I know for a fact that I received that initial x-ray and screening before March 2020. I ended up paying the receptionist $35 this year because I believed her side of the story but looking back on it, this dentist sent me a bill for almost three years for a service that I did not receive. And I ended up paying for a service that I did not receive. At any rate, I will never go here again nor will I ever recommend anyone here.
