Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it. BEWARE: This place DAMAGED my phone would give negative stars if I could! This is costing me…read morehundreds to resolve. January 10th my phone screen broke and got my screen replaced for about 330. Fine at first BUT a week in I started to experience problems: 1. Camera condensation on both lenses-- my phone was not near any water at work and there was fogging in my camera from the inside. Over time internal corrosion as a result and my phone wouldn't turn on. I NEVER had this issue PRIOR to this repair so WHY are you blaming the customer? 2. Flickering screen-- LCD problem. TELL ME why am I having this already after a recent screen replacement? Paid $50 and took it to a repair shop in Auburn after my phone won't turn on and they said whoever fixed your phone did a CHEAP job and they should do customer service recovery because 1. It wasn't sealed properly and a cheap adhesive was used. and 2. Cheap quality LCD used during replacement. While they offered 250 to repair they thought it'd be more cost efficient for me to pursue service recovery with the original shop. Their customer service was LAUGHABLE: only fix the screen for 209! I rather pay more and get it done at a place that was more honest and less shady! Better yet maybe just get a used phone because the cost is almost as much as my repair.The auburn location even offered a better price if I did choose to pursue them too. HORRIBLE repair and AWFUL customer service!
