NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER go to this store-they're a scam. Do not give Bilal Muni-a, owner of the Hudson UPS store, your business. We were charged $130 for a small set of drawings to go from Hudson MA to Salem MA and didn't even notice the overcharge until we got back to the office. Called immediately, clerk said to come back at 3:00 and I can pick up my package when owner is on-site. Arrived at 3:06, was told owner left and clerk got him on the phone; Owner Bilal Muni-a told me my package had shipped hours ago (when clerk told me it was there!). Owner Bilal Muni-a was incredibly rude, nonchalant about my $130 "I don't care" and offered absolutely no solution or compromise. They lie and overcharge. read more

I am a heating contractor - I was working on the heating equipment next door to this UPS store. we were parked in a back alley to access the rooftop and were up on the roof working when I hear a shouting from the ground. the manager/owner of this store was shouting at me to move my vehicle because we are not authorized to park back there (we were and had approval from building owner) and his truck had to pull up to the back door - he then called our office to complain. I kindly mentioned to this gentleman there is another entire entrance to the back alley and his truck can simply pull around to the other side and access the door from there so we don't have to stop working, descend the ladder, and move the truck. He made a huge scene to the point where I wentndown and moved my truck. this man then called me about 10 different very offensive names, told me to "s*ck his d*ck b*tch" and to "f*ck myself". Flat out terrible human being. Dont support this guy, if you have any other options. read more

In the past few months, I have lost two packages worth over $3000 and never once have I heard back from them or been contacted.

Stay away from this place. I've been there twice and it's WAY overpriced and a little shady.

Always fast and friendly service. If I am mailing packages that are not standard size or cannot fit in those USPS priority mail boxes I prefer coming here. I learned it best to write out the address you want to shop to on a Post-It note so the worker can enter it in faster for you. No complaints, everyone wears masks, plenty of hand sanitizer, easy in and out. read more

i used to email the old owners for misc binders and pricing was always similar or close enough to the website, but today i was charged $159 (AAA saved me some money as it was going to be $187). meanwhile the standard price if i placed the order through the website instead of emailing it would be $95. i certainly expected a price difference but not double the price! very disappointing experience. read more

I can say stay away from this store like the plague. The women behind the counter tried to charge me triple to ship a package over what I originally paid to have the item shipped to me. Avoid this store, first of all they never have UPS shipping supplies, envelopes, express boxes, nothing. They always try to get you to buy the boxes they sell. UPS provides ANYONE free envelopes or boxes if you have a UPS shipping label, I don't know why this particular store always seems to be out of the free supplies but has plenty of stuff for sale...
