I ended up having to do an early upgrade on my plan because I'm a Realtor and can't work without a phone. I was in shock when I realized my new phone didn't have my contacts on it... My contacts were somehow saved under an email account I had back in 2014. The email was no longer active and I was in freak out mode. I called 9 other shops looking for help, and none of them felt like they could help me. Thank God I Googled iPhone repair shops and these guys came up! It went to the apple store to replace a cracked screen. They told me that there was a two hour…read morewait. So I walked over to the cell doc. They said that they could fix it in 15 min. And it was around $70. They had an aftermarket screen. I asked if they had an original apple screen. They said the original apple screen would cost $110. So I agreed to have the original screen installed. Once fixed I found out of course it was not an original Apple part and the quality was not as they promised!!! I returned to confront them on the issue and that's when the story changed to it is original but not Apple certified therefore the quality will not be the same! Had I know that in the first place I would never have purchased it!
