I frequently visit this Staples location for Amazon returns and to make purchases, and today was the first time I was directed to handle my return at the main register. I was shocked to see that only one employee was working both the register and the Amazon return line--constantly bouncing back and forth trying to assist multiple customers at once. It's confusing and frustrating that such a high-traffic service was moved to a register with no added staff support. Where are the other employees? Why is one person expected to manage both lines alone? This setup not only slows everything down but also puts unnecessary pressure on your staff and leaves customers waiting far longer than they should. This was the closest location to my home to do an amazon return. When you walk into the store, head to the right, there's a specific counter where they process the amazon returns. Associate helping me was friendly and quick, he provided a receipt, within a few hours I got my amazon refund. Other than that, that part of the store was so messy. Workers at this location are lazy. Came 30 minutes before closing and they wouldn't do my Amazon return because " were getting ready to go home" a guy with brassy yellow hair was extremely unhelpful. They have done this multiple times prior to me before. In order to go home or clock out early, they choose not to help customers even if they still have time. They claim the station is closed even when they have workers doing nothing but standing around. If I could give this location zero stars, I would they should update their hours or hire people who actually want to work. read more

I buy a lot of office supplies for the business. I bought ink. After the girl sold me the wrong one when I clearly gave her the picture of the one I needed I had to return the ink to get the actual one. I bought this ink March 1st before I could run out of ink, when I came to return the the product the manager would not issue a return or exchange. I didn't have my original receipt because it was a few weeks back. The manager said if I told him exact date he could look it up. I did give him exact date. He said because it was over 2 weeks he couldn't because of store policy. He didn't bother looking up. I understand he's doing his job but this is why people are shopping on Amazon because of issues like these. Office Max went out of business. Maybe these rules need to be more flexible. read more

Staples keeps using bad advertising by promoting less than actual prices online so you come to the store and Hopefully buy something else.. They have been promoting an item with a discount of more than 100 dollars but when you get to the store the item is out of stock and the actual price on their system is the real price reflecting the 100+ dollars overcharge. I've been to at least 2 stores and called at least 5 other out of my area only to find out the same story. What is this called in terms of BBB rating? The item in question was the HP 27 inch Curved monitor STILL listed for 159.99 on the stores advertising program on Google shopping. The actual price they want me to pay is $286. I wasted like 3 hours visiting stores and calling their corporate number. I guess is time to shop somewhere else. read more

Do not go to this STAPLES or shop at STAPLES at all, take your business elsewhere. I literally spent the past 10 minutes writing a detailed review that was instantly removed! Long story short. I purchased a monitor here and chaser #2017531 sold me a warranty and literally said that this warranty was "cool" because I didnt have to submit much proof of a faulty product or return the product because the warranty company (asurion) had no need for it, He said that I can give away the product, sell it, or throw it away! My product simply stopped working so I recycled it. Meanwhile a claim was made and I didn't hear back. I finally called after a few months, because I have time now because of the holiday break, and I have previous attempted to reach someone and spent hours going in loops. Point is, I was updated on my claim, changes were made to my initial application, and the claim was approved. I was told that I would need to mail in the product and in return I would get a gift card with the amount that I spent for the product (200). I told the rep what I was told about this employee, and shared that I no longer have access to the product. She then transferred me to a corporate manager who shared the same thing, and after reiterating to her the situation she had the audacity to "advise" me to personally go to this store and speak to the employees about their miscommunication.... SINCE WHEN DO CONSUMERS HAVE THE POWER TO EDUCATE EMPLOYEES OF A COUNTRY WIDE CORPORATION? I can't make this up! She then transferred me to a customer rep, who attempted to help, at this point I don't even know if they can help because they were stern with their "policy" but she still wanted to "help" and shared that there WAS NO NOTE ON MY CLAIM OR PREVIOUS CONVERSATIONS! So I'm not sure why I keep coming back to this Staples! I guess because it's on my way home :(. But seriously, I've been waiting over 15 minutes for my 2 copies that she was supposed to print for me. Staples if you have rush times at the copy center please be proactive and have two employees at this center! Denise was working the counter and was in the middle of my job when someone arrived at the UPS counter. She then walked away while printing my file to help them. I get it, she was trying not to keep them waiting but meanwhile I was left waiting. She came back twice while still helping the UPS counter to try to finish my job. It's not her fault that she was the only person working the counter. But, maybe next time she can acknowledge the people waiting at the UPS counter, finish the person's printing at the print center and then head over to help them. Just a tip. She was very nice but get her some help so she isn't spread out too thin! read more

I print all the time, but I usually go to FedEx because I'm use to it. I got a printing services coupon in my inbox over the weekend so I said, "I guess I will try out Staples for printing." Nope! No. No. No. Not a good idea. My first STAPLES printing experience did not leave me wanting more. I get it providing pleasant customer service at 6pm can be just too much. But, the guy who helped me was condescending, unhelpful, stand offish, and all together the wrong person for a customer service position. I'm not rating the location any lower because I've been satisfied with my product purchases from this location on numerous times. I went by this morning , December 6,2020 to print out flyers for my missing dog. I told the lady at the printing station that I did not want to do self printing because I didn't know how to use those machines. Despite that she still told my boyfriend and I to use them and so we did. We didn't know how to correctly place the paper in the copy machine therefore the 200 flyers we printed came out messed up with only half of the flyer showing. I then called the girl and told her that I told her that I didn't want to use the machines in the first place because I didn't know how to use them and not I had 200 flyers messed up therefore I wasted $30 for no reason. She offered to refund me and asked me for my reciept. We selected the option to print the receipt although the receipt never printed. there was a reciept already there on the copy machine before we started using it and the girl asked us if it was ours and then laughed saying "whos email did you guys use" Because she thought that was our reciept. This is something I found insanely rude because she was just assuming. at the end of the day I ended up spending another $30 on 200 sheets of flyers & she never refunded me. If I could give this girl 0 stars I would. I Definitely do not blame staples though, I wish I got the girls name so I could list it on here. read more

I have been looking into purchasing an amazon fire stick for some time now. I happened to stop by this staples and after waiting in line and taking the empty display to the register, the staff said they were sold out. (Empty displays are showcased to show stock). So, I decided to come back another time. I did this three or four times all the while carrying the display to take to the register- only to be told again that they are sold out - to make a long story short.... Please notify people that an item is sold out... Especially if it's a popular item and it's a giant waste of time to wait in line only to be told that an item is out of stock.
