Based on my one visit here, great service. My online order was ready in less than an hour. When I arrived I was promptly helped. I made some in store purchases as well and was quickly assisted. The cashier had to manually correct an item that didn't ring up on sale, but it was done without delay or fuss. Great customer service. Every time i come in to this location, its in the morning. The Employees are very nice, they do their best to greet you at the door with a smile, they ask if you need help looking for anything and if you say "NO" they don't bombard you with more questions they just say " ok, let me know if you need any help," . I love that! i like to be able to shop for what I need, if i can't find it , I'll ask for help. Other places the employees stalk you down the isles trying to help you. I like that they give you space to look around, as they continue to do their own job and restock. I went into this Staples location to scan some documents. We went to the copy center and were kind of assisted by a very unhappy employee who obviously did not want to be there. I thought about asking for his supervisor but noticed that his name tag said supervisor. I just laughed and tried to get the experience over with. Anyway, I had 33 pages and was quoted $18. So after two epic fails with cancelled orders on a printer at Walmart I checked out staples online. I found the hp 4500 e all in one on sale for $79.99 and they had an extra $30 off. I ordered to pick up in store at this location. I showed up to the store before receiving a ready for pick up email and saw they had a few in stock. I explained the situation to a staff member and he recognized the name on the order right away. He said he had already set it aside. Brought out my order and I was out of the store in about 10 min. Horrible customer service . I went in to fax a paper for work . While waiting there was another woman ahead of me , she needed help because she never received her confirmation paper . She told me she had asked help from the girl in charge of the copy/fax and all she told her to do was wait . Finally she asks her again and the girl comes in with the biggest attitude . Once it's my turn to fax it didn't give me a confirmation receipt either so I go to the girl . While the person after me was faxing there's my receipt came out , the man hands the employee the receipt and she asks if it's mine , I say yes then before saying thank you she says "have a nice day ,bye " she's so rude . I have been putting off getting a printer so I decided to head to Staples to print some pages out since I'm in the process of purchasing a home. I needed to print out 15 pages. I got into one of their kiosks and the total amount for my pages was $15!!!! I was appalled. Who is going to pay $1 per page? I'm giving this location the benefit of the doubt and going to say that Staples itself set that high price. Shame shame shame on you. I ended up just buying a printer because it was more cost effective. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT PRINT THINGS AT STAPLES!!!!! Highway robbery. I still can't believe they would charge that much. I visit once a year for the back to school sales only it's disorganized and dirty, everything just comes across as in disarray. One star based on service received by Bereniece this afternoon. I returned to staples to pick up my order that had been paid for, all I had to do was pick it up. The other associate there had recognized me from earlier and let Bereniece know that I was only there to pick up. The look on her face basically said I don't care. I let the other associate know that I needed smaller boxes, since they decided to put all 3000 copies in one box, she was already on my side of the counter so she asked Bereniece to hand me some boxes. Her response was I'm busy. She made seem as if she just had to finish helping the customer at the counter, but no, she then proceeded to help out about 3 customers after that while I'm still standing there. I just called to ask if I can print out some pictures from my iPad and she told me that they don't connect to any device. I asked if there's any way that I can print out my pictures that are in my iPad. She gave me horrible attitude and told me to email them to myself. I said I did but I access my email through my iPad. She gave me the nastiest attitude and said in that case I can use their computer. I mean, she could have said that from the beginning and skipped the attitude. Never again will I print business cards through Staples. I tried twice to print a simple design through their online system, which is horrible at fitting custom images correctly. They called the first time to say my design was off and that I had to resubmit through their online system again, which means pay twice. (FYI the design matched up both times through their online system under the correct dimensions.) After submitting a second time they never called but went ahead with printing. I showed up to the store for pickup to see that the design was off. They said nothing until I complained and told me to change my design for a reprint. Horribly unprofessional and terrible with basic printing needs. Will not work with you outside if their terrible online system. read more

The branch manager was no help at all, sent me out to the self service area where my pictures couldn't be printed out the way I wanted them. Don't fax here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg. I can't recall exactly how much I paid to fax 10 pages but It was about $10.00. Really?! I wish I would have asked first. With today's technology I figured pricing was inexpensive. Feels like this is what I would have paid for faxing 15 years ago. Annoying. Another complaint. I called to see if they had 1099 envelopes in late Jan (begining of tax season). Was put on hold for 3 minutes and got some other guy on the line. Seemed to me like the girl that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. The guy then tells me he doesn't know and says "probably". Not a good enough answer. I was trying to avoid driving there unnecessarily. I asked him to check. His response- "okay, can you hold on? I'll be back in 10-15 minutes". My response- "WHHAT? You want me to wait 15 minutes?" I wont go into details about the back and forth, but he too didn't know what I was talking about even after trying to explain. They need to better train their employees. read more

I come to staples very often to print things out either things I need or pictures for my husband since he is a tattoo artist while the printer are working everything is fine! Most of the time they claim 2 out of 3 printers are broken...the girl in charge of that department idk her name since she doesn't wear a name tag, is VERY rude!!! I always have problems with her she jst doesn't like her job every time I ask her for help she gives an attitude. The last time I was there (last week) only one printer was working I was in line for more then 30 mins bcuz it was being use after a while it got messed up as well I kept telling that same girl what can she do since she had a line if she was able to print our papers frm they're working area and she kept saying no bcuz she had online orders? My first thing was okay I'm here now why not satisfied the customer here now then go back to the online orders at least me working in a retail store I would've done that! The person behind me went to complain to a manager on the floor n that manager just gave her attitude n said that same girl had to fix it...later on another manager came to the printing area n started to fix the printers & that girl since she seen him there decided to help us she stopped all her online orders n helped the ppl there...why couldn't u do that in the first place when we ask? Point is she has a really bad attitude and the other managers don't address her for it!! So unprofessional!! Wow! I don't even know how to start this off, BUT WOW just seems like the perfect way. Wow really just describes how I left feeling that place. I was so amazed, SO PLEASED, with the experience. As soon as I walk in I was greeted with so much love. The biggest employ there rushes over to me, GETS ON HIS KNEES and says, "I am at your service madam". I then go on and tell him how I've been struggling to find a label printer for my job and he says "madam, worry no longer, hop on" I was confused as to what he meant by hop on but then I soon realized he meant hop onto his back. I then hop onto his back and he carries me to the printer section and before I could even say anything he builds a chair and says " a customer should never have to stand" he then starts giving me a presentation explaining all the printers they had. They didn't have what I needed so I left with nothing, nothing but the experience. It was something like never before. Never have I felt so loved and cared for. I was completely swept off my feet, LITERALLY! He did not let me walk to my car HE PUSHED ME ON THE CHAIR, PLACED ME INTO MY PASSENGER SEAT, AND EVEN DROVE ME HOME. hands down the best customer service. I even took a picture of him (Juan the best employee) and made it my lock screen, thats how great he was. Please staples make him CEO. I seriously want him to be my best friend. I felt so at home. Awesome location. Manager of the store Kimberly and print & copy supervisor Angel were such great help. They helped me understand a few different thing to confirm what exactly I wanted done before purchasing a large order. 2500 Carbonless copies came out perfect! Also gave us a great deal on our prints! Our order was going to take a few days as told and shipped earlier than told would be ready. Angel continued to follow up on a daily basis before submitting to production which I thought was extremely professional. They worked well as a team, and provided great customer service. I can't believe how expensive cables are here. I bought a 25ft Cat5e cable here because I needed it for work quickly. I decided to check out home depot next door quickly and it was about half the price so I went back to staples and returned it. All the cables are extremely overpriced. No reason for them to be that expensive. Remember they pricematch with amazon, but amazon themselves have to be the seller. read more

The copy staff member was listening to headphones and seemed annoyed that he had to get up from the computer to help me. He reset the terminal and walked away. Called in to check if a product was in stock, all i said was toshiba laptop and got cut off quickly by KIMBERLY, instead of quickly double-checking a SKU number about a product I'm calling about, KIMBERLY cut me off before I can finish my sentence and would rather waste her breath explaining to me for a couple minutes with attitude how she got 25 calls the day before about this certain product. She finished all the rambling with, "Do you still want me to double-check the SKU?!?" You can not give attitude to a customer just because I'm the 26th caller, no matter how annoyed, it must be a good deal or I wouldnt have called in. read more

I'm literally here writing this review as I wait here being ignored for the last 15 minutes. The copy and print service here is by far some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Both employees have there backs to the customers and haven't even acknowledged that they will help us out. It's mildly busy but that's no excuse if you can't multitask something as simple as telling the customer you'll help them out shortly. Something that only takes at most 3 minutes at any FedEx office took these guys 30 minutes. Skip this place at all cost if you're a business person need things done accordingly. read more
