It has been incredibly frustrating to spend 3 to 4 hours on the phone with Telus customer service every month, trying to rectify these billing discrepancies. I have explained the situation repeatedly, and yet, the incorrect billing persists. To add insult to injury, today, after three months, I was informed that I am locked into a two-year contract for my phone and a three-year contract for my business internet service. This revelation came as a complete shock to me, as the Telus representative who initially sold me the plan had assured me that I was signing up for a two-year plan. At no point during our conversation did he mention the existence of a fixed contract term. Furthermore, I explicitly communicated that I did not need a business internet plan, I was told it come with the plan. . However, the representative conveniently omitted any mention of a 36-month contract associated with the internet service.

Don't try calling them it's a complete waste of time, they treat their customers with absolute distain. The worst thing is they advertise about being concerned about people's mental health a lot, but truly this is a lie. After dealing with Bell as a customer I can you that my mental health become much worse. And no I do not for work one of their competitors, or even in field. It is the facility in the parking lot of Walmart in Centrum. I have had the phone for 3 months, and one Sunday the phone would not turn on. I tried everything. I took it to the place I bought it from and they tried a few of the same things and announced that I had to reach out to SAMSUNG customer service and arrange a return for repair. I am not one to complain, but I need my phone for work, so I asked for a loaner and they said, no, we don't have loaners. Zero help other than a phone number for Samsung support. I contact Samsung and they sent me shipping lables to return the phone for repair to Markham. Needless to say I am not happy with all the promises Bell gives us about support, what they really mean is once you sign a contract too bad. Well too bad for them as well, since I cannot be without a phone I bought my back up at a competitor and plan on switching all three of my phones away from Bell. Bad service is not something we should put up with especially at the fee's we all pay. I am done with Bell. Especially this location of Bell Mob.

I'd just like to say how unimpressed I was with the quality of the phone screen and service I received. The screen began to pop/fall off after a few weeks and very shortly after the screen cracked. When I contacted the person who fixed it, he said he basically didn't care and it wasn't his fault. But If the screen had been properly installed I would not have to replace my phone screen for the second time in under a month. I just wanted to express my level of dissatisfaction with the overall service, and I definitely will not be wasting another $120 on any cellumax products.

The place was pretty crazy today with only two cashiers open for a line that literally went around the store. While there are a few particularly knowledgeable staff members here, there's far less than at the Nepean store. The staff aren't as friendly either - they seem much younger and perhaps not as experienced. The layout of the store is basically the same as all their locations, but this one seems a bit more cramped than other locations. While I wasn't really impressed with this location, they did have what we needed (even though it ended up being a crappy product and we're returning it tomorrow - I might need to update this!). Worst part? We waited in line for over 45 minutes to pay for one product. Ugh. If you're in Kanata, I'd still come here over places like Best Buy and Future Shop, but I would always hit up the Nepean store if possible.

They have floor models so I wanted to sit in a few to see which was most comfortable. I finally decided on one and advised one of the salespeople which one I wanted to purchase. He took a picture of the tag and said he will check to see if it's in stock. After a while he came back and said they had 3 in stock and so he will retrieve one for me. I saw him climb onto that machine that raises them up so they can access the storage areas near the ceiling. I was pleased to see he strapped himself in (I'm sure their health and safety department is also pleased). I saw him checking several different storage areas. Then I heard him ask another colleague for help. Finally he came back and said there is an error with their inventory system because it doesn't appear that they have any left. He listed some nearby stores that had them, but I wasn't convinced they actually had them and didn't want to make the trip. I'm sure he sensed that, because he offered to order it online for me and get it shipped to my house (free shipping). I can order it myself online at home, but I figured maybe if he did it he'd get some sort of commission, and he already put in so much effort to help me, so I was like ok, sure. He goes to the computer and tries to add the chair to the cart and the system freezes. He tries a few times without success. By that time I was at the store for much longer than I expected or wanted to be. I thanked him for his efforts and said it was ok, I'll just order it at home later. Lol. So 5 stars for the guy who helped me and A for effort for him, but 2 stars for a faulty inventory system and slow/frozen online ordering system. Incidentally, I also really dislike their website, as when you search for things it lists items that are sold out and you can't filter for only available items. I realize their website and systems are not store-specific but rather corporate. However, these issues affect customers' experiences and opinions of the business. I do like Staples in general and would rate them 3 stars overall, but the customer service at this location bumps it up to 4. I also like that there's a washroom at the back of the store. These days I get so much hand sanitizer build up on my hands that it's nice to use some good old fashioned soap and water sometimes. There's lots of free parking in the plaza.
