From the moment I walked through the door, an employee, a larger man with an afro hairstyle was unnecessarily rude. While there was a line of customers waiting, he was speaking loudly about how people who choose to wait in long lines are inconsiderate and that he personally would leave if he saw a business that busy because he is a considerate person. It came across as a very indirect criticism of the customers who were standing there waiting for service. Several customers ahead of me visibly reacted by looking back and rolling their eyes. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve when it was my turn to be assisted. I had approximately 12 Amazon return packages with me. While processing my returns, the employee commented that there was a local clothing store nearby where I could try on clothes before purchasing them. He then laughed with a coworker. The implication was clear, that I should shop in person rather than order items online and return them. Whether intended as a joke or not, the comment was inappropriate, unnecessary, and insulting. As a paying customer, I do not expect to be mocked or judged for using a service that your business provides. Additionally, there was no greeting, no courtesy, and no thank you during the interaction. Just the sound of an employee phone playing music to drown out any clear conversation. I will say this is the usual employee conduct in this location as each and every time I go the service gets worse and worse. Management needs to intervene and correct this ASAP.

The other printing company I had first sent my print job to (won't mention the company name out of respect, but they are located in Downtown Coral Gables), was unresponsive, dragging their feet and customer service severely lacking. He then had a tantrum and ripped out one of the pages and proceeded to want to CHARGE US for the reprint.... Keep in mind this was a $200 book and he still wanted an extra $50 to reprint it. When he had ripped out the page he also messed up our cover, and when he went to try and scrape it off and wasn't able to, he told us to leave and threatened to call the police. I never leave reviews but this experience was too horrible to not warn others. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Even the way he spoke to us was the most condescending and unprofessional way i've ever been spoken to in my life. We were nothing but respectful, calm and polite, but David was basically throwing the equivalent of an adult tantrum ESPECIALLY when he ripped out the page in front of us.
