She also listened to what I wanted in a phone case and ordered me something protective enough it stood up to me traveling for a month! When I returned from my trip with almost no memory left, since I took a lot of pictures and video, I called to ask about memory cards. They don't sell them but I was directed where I could find them. So I brought my new card in and the young man who runs the store patiently installed the card, then taught me how to transfer my files to the memory card. I am so impressed with this shop! However, after I sent my phone to them they informed me they were unable to perform fixes on screens with "home button issues". The home button was functional before sending it to the shop! Apparently, iPhone 7 home buttons are not mechanical and screens cannot be replaced like in previous models. Unfortunately, they do not clearly advertise which models they can and cannot repair. Also, Ebay does NOT offer purchase protection for "services" so buyers have no recourse.

Didn't explain much and what he did tell us was way over our heads. $70 later we walked out with some new cords, adapters and a $30 case for my wife. She looked online for a new case and found one just like theirs for $9.99. Took the $30 back and they gave me credit. Then adapters didn't work. Took them back. Then one of the car adapters was the wrong one. He had me use the old one but rigged it up to use the old one since he didn't have the right one in stock. It was just one thing after another and I ended up there at least 3 times. I'm reluctant to use them again esp after reading more unfavorable reviews. They need more staff.

I've used Smith's several times now and they've always been super friendly and helpful. Several…read moremonths ago I had them pack and ship some things for me and all my fragile items arrived unharmed - going from Oregon all the way to Ohio. I like their location because I usually drop off packages on my way out of town and they are on the main road in Ontario that leads to the highway. Last week I had to send off a couple returns and ship a box back home but all three boxes were different carriers so Smith's was the perfect place to save time. They can also do things like faxing, copying, and printing. I believe they even have a notary. Having Smith's here is really convenient and they have great service. Jeannine is usually the one who helps me and she is always patient even when I have a lot of questions. She seems to really care about her customers and I never worry when I have to have them pack things for me. Side note - it's off street parking but it's four spaces (two and two adjacent each other). If you can pull through then it's fine but if you have to back out, well, I've seen a few people struggle with this so just be mindful when parking if cars are already there. It's really not that bad (My full size SUV has no problem backing out) but I needed to mention for those who are a little unsure when parking or backing out.
