Well, that's basically nothing more than an old wives tale now, but you can still get a small taste of the experience when you go to iCity repair! And it's not the phony kind of helpful, they've helped me with certain things long after the repair warranty was up at no charge just because I've bee goin there so long... Where TF are you gonna find that kind of thing today?! Nowhere! (I hope you don't mind me bringing that up David, now everyone will expect freebies ). Except instead of a big store, you'll visit a small kiosk under the escalators near the main entrance! (How many times have I seen that commercial?). Im saying all of this to say I'm satisfied with the service I received today. My phone was fixed in less than 2 hours. I feel as if the low ratings are people being surprised they need additional things done to their tech before it can even be serviced. The employee I was working with did his best and could only do so much. I have a bigger gripe with my insurance not informing me of the protocols before I went to the store. 1 piece of advice: Maybe get a second landline to help better fulfill claims-My phone couldn't make calls-They couldn't make calls. This meant I had to go home, make another claim over my landline, head back to the store, then pick up my phone another two hours later. It'd save a lot of headaches.

I only noticed it because they were dumb enough to reply "thanks Samantha!" to the review and I got an email notification. The worst part is they couldn't even successfully fix my phone... I was going to let it go because the guy seemed nice, but he damaged a sensor while changing the screen and couldn't fix it. If I wasn't still under manufacturer warranty I'd be buying a new phone.
