Tom at the print & ship center was so friendly! I came in first thing on Saturday to print some shipping labels, but when the second page misprinted, he quickly helped me reprint for free. I had to stop in a second time because I didn't realize I had to print another label, and he took that off my hands to trim the label, taped it, and held onto my package since USPS and UPS pick up at their store :) he made my morning errands painless. I got 2 prints of a Huey helicopter that I want to paint. Tom printed them so clear I can see all the details so clear. They were better than the original. He was very helpful explaining which paper was best and helped me with the color setting. read more

Low staff, poorly paid. Too many customers on a regular basis, so little help in this store. Perhaps if staff were paid decently they would remain working here? Xerox machines, or JUNK BOX copy machines as I call them are never working, always require (.15 mins.) or more re-boots, jam constantly over and over and over. AWFUL! Machines are always out of paper, always. Awful. read more

I went to Staples and a gentleman named Jose helped me with a website I was having trouble with, he went out of his way when he really didn't have to. I now have an appointment with an RMV I was trying to make for 2 weeks. Thanks again Jose. They make any printing process fast and easy. read more

I've always had positive experiences with Staples, still the crew who helped me work out the purchase of a new printer while juggling multiple refunds, rebates, credits, etc. late into & even past their shifts on two different evenings were truly remarkable in their good humor, professional comportment and systems knowledge. It was a customer service experience as good as I've ever experienced with L.L. Bean, Eddie Bauer or any other firm renown for this aspect of their business. . Sales Mgr Matt, Asst Mgr Jamie, Julia (Asst Mgr?) & Tech Dakota went the extra five miles and I'm sure I'm simply a representative of those they assist. read more

I brought in 2 IPhones to have the batteries replaced. Both worked fine just batteries one phone the battery had to be charged a couple times a day. Had first phone done, we were told all good. Left the second phone. After not hearing from them called and they asked if the screen had any issues because it doesn't show the top of the screen, just black. They were told the phone had no issues. When we went in we were told they replaced the screen and it was fine, but there was a screw missing on the camera and had anyone opened it. No one had. They said the first phone had a screw missing also (never mentioned it when picking up the 1st phone). Went home and that night went to catch up on Facebook and some of the keyboard didn't work and couldn't shut the phone down. Took it back and they wanted to send it out for repair. I explained a number of times that wasn't an option because I have a parent and parent in law with sos buttons. So, I said I'll have to go get a new phone. The Manager told me he understood and that he would contact corporate and let them know what happened and they would issue me a check, I just had to drop off a copy of my new phone receipt. Same day I did that. It's been one month and have heard nothing. Called and the manger said he'd call the person in corporate that he referred this to and get an update. I asked him to give me the name and case number and he said no that he would do it. They haven't proven to be reliable yet. Lesson: think twice before you take your phone to Staples in Rochester. read more
