    Came in to request pricing for textbook binding. Was told it would take 3 days. Before I even agreed to use their service, the middle aged lady took my BRAND NEW textbook, split and folded it down the middle all the way back to "explain" it would need to be cut in 2 and then proceeded to look up the price for me. That's entirely unnecessary!!! Why are we messing with people's items prior to service? What if I had decided not to go with their service? Then I asked if they include a clear cover. She responded right away with "we don't have your size." She went to the side anyway to grab the first plastic cover and of course it fit. She even moved it around and it obviously still fit. She then told me she "didn't see a point in these" so I should not get them. Yeah absolutely not. Overall horrible experience to begin with. I took my textbooks and left; will be going to UPS instead.

    Paid $5 for a manual fax submission; however, there is no confirmation of what actually got sent. 2-stars for the upgraded printers though.

The staff is usually helpful, and turnaround times are pretty quick. However, my last experience was really disappointing. I brought in my DualSense controllers to fix analog stick issues and paid $100 to repair three knobs. Just one week later, I had the exact same issue with one of the supposedly repaired sticks. When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $60 to fix what should have already been resolved. What's most frustrating is that I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why I was being charged again for the same issue. If a repair doesn't hold up after a week, that should fall under some kind of workmanship guarantee--not an additional charge. I want to continue supporting this business because I've had good experiences in the past, but this situation felt unfair and left me questioning the quality and accountability of the repairs.
