One of the self-service machines was broken and the other one froze on the authorization screen. I tried to get assistance but the woman at the desk was rude and told me I just needed to wait. I understand if you're short-staffed but that shouldn't impact the level of customer service you provide. read more

Went to this Staples yesterday to have some papers photocopied. Stood in line and observed Bill W, who I found out to be the Sales and Services Manager, verbally abuse a young female customer. She was asking questions about the laminating process and he was annoyed that she would make such an inquiry. I could see that this young woman was taken aback and embarrassed. When it came to my turn, he asked me what I needed and I explicitly said that I needed my papers copied on both sides. With that he said to me "You look like a smart fellow. Why don't you use the self service machines as I do not have the time to help you". There was not another customer in the area. I asked him how to do it, he replied in a very demeaning manner "You have a credit card don't you?" He yelled over the counter some brief instructions and then turned away. I attempted to use the copier only to realize that my copies were single sided only. I brought this to Bill W's attention and he admonished me telling me that I had never mentioned the doubled sided copy request. When I got to my car, I realized that I was missing certain copies and had duplicates of others. I went back into the store and explained this to Bill who told me that this was impossible. By this time I was so disgusted, I decided to go elsewhere. Upon checking my credit card statement on line the following day, I also realized that I had been charged double. I decided to eat the loss rather than return and be subjected to more insulting behavior. I will never go back to this store and would advise others to do the same. read more

Went in today and asked for help with finding *5* items on my kid's school supply list and after consulting with the manager a man working there told me that they were too busy to help me when they had only a handful of customers in the store. I complained to the other manager and left. Don't go to this store. POOR customer service. read more

Great experience! The manager helped me pick out a laptop, software, and antivirus. She was very knowledgable and very sweet.

They have a lot of stuff. The sales and clearance are pretty amazing for quality products that are really cheap. The store could use a refurb, it's a little rundown. Actually a lot rundown. They need more staff, too: the people there seem overworked. But the quality of what they do is great! The copy center can do a lot of things I didn't even know they could do, and they've done a great job on what I've asked them to do, and the self-serve machines are high-quality. The tech staff knows what they're doing, too, and are very knowledgeable. There are a lot of bargains to be had as well if you look for them. The staff always seems so busy, though, there are a steady flow of customers. The roof was leaking near the entrance once when I came in during a heavy rain, and if you need to use the bathroom, try the craft store next door. The air conditioning has been turned off occasionally for unknown reasons. I like this location, the prices, the selection, and the staff and the work they do, but it could use some support from upstairs. read more

I went there yesterday because I needed to print some documents. There was only one computer/printing station for starters and the internet connection was SO SLOW that it ended up costing me way more than it should have to access the documents I needed to print online. While I was there I also witnessed someone from the staff talking down to another person in the store. I'll find somewhere else to go next time. read more
