I've ordered online and picked up in store (mailing labels). While my order was the correct product, it wasn't til I was working on my project that night that I saw it had been opened, partially used, and someone had stuck some used labels back inside. Thankfully I didn't run short and at that point, I just needed to get my stuff done and didn't have time to go through the whole process of trying to return/exchange/explain what their mistake was. In terms of the copy center, I recently dropped off a .pdf file of birthday invitations. The woman was very helpful (unfortunately I'm drawing a blank on her name, it was the morning of 11/2). She helped me choose the card stock I wanted them on and told me she would call me when they were done as she was in the process of doing another order (which she did call). She mentioned they offer a service to cut your product as well but it was $2 a cut and I had 4 invites per sheet....um, no thanks. Price was under $8. Overall I'm happy with my most recent experience. I'll probably use the copy center again but I'm leery of the pick up service. read more

If I could give my experience negative stars I would. Please note, I don't blame the single employee in the store who was working, but store management. You have 1 employee and a line of 6 customers and 2 customers in line for Amazon returns. The only employee is waiting on both lines, not her fault. If you are unable to staff the store with enough employees, perhaps you shouldn't be in business. There are so many other places to shop for office supplies. Why would anyone waste their time here? I ordered a case of printing paper online and was told it would be delivered the next day, October 16, 2025. The online tracking showed partial delivery out for delivery, but it was never delivered. I called my local Staples store in Shorewood, IL, but they said they had no visibility on the online orders and could not help me. So I called Staples customer service next, and they told me it would be delivered the next day, October 17th. That evening, I called the customer service number to have the order cancelled. It would be easier just to go to my local Staples store and pick it up. I had a home print job to complete the next day. The customer service rep told me he had canceled the order. He had not! I could see in tracking it was supposed to deliver on October 18th (still with partial delivery indicated). Of course, it did not deliver that day either. I called customer service again. The young lady assured me that she had cancelled the order this time. I went to a local stationery store and got the paper to complete my printing job, and when I checked the tracking, it did not show canceled. I NEVER received a cancellation email from them. Now it was supposed to deliver on October 20th. The order was never cancelled, but it was delivered on the 20th, two days after my deadline had passed. AS a longtime rewards member of Staples, I am disappointed and pissed off with their customer service. I will NEVER buy from them online again. And if they don't get their stuff together, then I will stop going to the store to shop entirely. read more

I can't speak to everything they do or offer but their copy center staff was amazing to work with and went out of their way to deliver on my needs. Will definitely come back for more of my projects. read more

Its been a few years and Ive cooled ofg about the past. Went in here looking for something to be printed, as my printer went out on me. Ashley was a great help, making sure I had what I needed. Nice girl, good customer service. We enjoyed a laugh , while she printed out my docs. Nice visit. read more

They never have shipping boxes stocked and when I just went in today I grabbed the little that they did have. Prices are now double what they were a few months ago AND with 6-7 employees inside the building I was left standing at the check out by myself because no one would help me. Ended up leaving my boxes at the register and leaving. read more

The customer service at this location is unbelievably rude. I went in w my family at 5:55pm not knowing the store closed at 6. I knew what I was getting, it was a quick grab at my convenient location and as soon as we walked thru the staples door the sales associate raised her hands and said out loud "HELOOO GET OUTT" unbelievably rude and horrible horrible customer service. It wasn't like my family and I were walking around the store, I came in for ONE thing and knew where to find it, the manager and the other sales associate were eyeing us walking to the pen aisle, pressuring us to leave the store. No "hello" no "thank you", another sales associate asked a family member "um can I help you w anything" about five times in a ONE MINUTE duration. The associates in the store mean mugged us the entire time until we left the store and the manager locked the door behind us. I literally went to grab a pack a pack of pens for work, and leave. The way the associates treated myself and my family members is unacceptable. Will not be coming back to this location. read more

I visited this store this morning needing a lot of help with internet printing and merchandise options. I was assisted by two really helpful sweet young ladies! I understand knowledge is important in sales but helpfulness is paramount! I would not stick around if I felt I was being a "burden!" These women had the knowledge and the generosity to share their expertise. And to top off the entire experience one of the managers helped me sign into my points account. This store is the sorriest example of a store I have EVER saw! Twice in one week I took an order into their Copy & Print dept ONLY to have them lose my file BEFORE they could print the order. How does that happen? Today I went in to pickup business cards and they lost the file. They asked if I had another business card with me that they could scan which I didn't. They wanted me to go home and bring one back in. Told them NO! Then they offered that If I went home and brought in the card they would print and deliver to my house! I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!! Golly, 30mins to fix an error at the register is beyond me. Low stars for a few possible causes (?): bad register system, poor online/offline purchase discrepancy, general slowness, or incompetence. The print outs came out fine. They need to just work on the point of sale here. I'd imagine this isn't always the case, but certainly worth noting in hopes to entice corporate to update things! read more

Went there tonight to order business cards. Clerk told me to go online and place order. Tried to do it there at the store using their computer. The program to set up and create card online is very confusing and not being familiar with the program I could not proceed in the design part. Nobody was available to assist me and the clerk never came back to check on me. Lousy attitudes, no customer service. What a joke -worst place ever.
