The lady working the print counter at 1:09 pm on March 21, 2026 was incredibly rude! I go to staples all the time and have never had an issue cutting paper. She was trying to charge me to cut the paper. Every other staples I have been to has a paper cutter or scissors by the print machine. Save your time & go to Office Depot. This is definitely an older store, but the staff wad extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They are in a shopping plaza and appear to be a smaller location, but again, the service was great. read more

Went to Staples after an unpleasant experience at Office Depot. Erika at the service center greeted us as she helping another customer and I told she will be right with us. Unlike Office Depot the associated at the service could be bothered to help or answer questions about their own services. The "I don't know line" instead ask someone who knows. At Staples Erika was gracious and asked about our needs and implemented them. In addition, she did a wonderful job. At least some places still have great customer service. read more

There were only two workers at the store. One was in tech service area and one is cashier. We needed to get a computer and we know what we want. We just don't know which is the right box for us to take to checkout. My hubby asked the cashier to help us since there's nobody else. He said we need to wait so we waited a long time. Cashier already checked out a few people and he's just standing there and not being proactive or coming to help us quickly so he could check us out. After waiting for a good 15 min, we left and went to walmart and got what we wanted. It was on sale too, much more cheaper than Staples. Too bad Staples lost a customer. read more

My son went online to order business cards for the first time . He's a college student going to a conference to represent his line of work , he needed cards to show his type of work. They printed showed him after he paid 24.95 for 250 that they were blurry and unreadable, he asked to reprint they said for another 24.95 he said that's not right. In an word this place is SLOW. I mean I needed a piece of paper laminated. OK there was three people (all wearing staples badges) working. Two were choosing some pictures on a computer. Picking out some picture for a customers I guess. As it looked like a summer vacation by there reaction of some of the photos. Come on let the machine do it. Why do you have top google at all of my photos. The other guy was upon his photo. Hell I don't know face booking for all I know. The photo couple looked up an said I'll be with you soon. The young guy finally came over and i told him what I wanted and off he went. He got my sheet and went right back to his phone. Came here to buy a printer . I had a simple question to ask prior to buying. Asked for assistance and couldn't get anyone to come help me. After 30 minutes I left and bought the printer across the street from office max instead. Tons of losers who work here that don't care a out customers. Staples is definitely a great place to shop if you're in the market for anything office-related, which makes it a great place for companies who need to buy lots of supplies in one stop. If you're looking for something for your home office or just to pick up printer ink, software, or other equipment, the selection here is amazing, however the prices are not as cheap as other department stores. I stopped in recently as I was in the market for a new scanner/printer. Staples did have an awesome selection, however the majority of equipment they offered was professional equipment, which can cost a bit more than home equipment, as they offer lots of different features. The selection of printer ink is really impressive, and they have lots of discounts available. The selection of office furniture is impressive, as well. If you're looking for a desk for your home or office, they have lots of different choices, as well as chairs, power strips, cords, anything you need to accessorize. Tons of different blank CD's, DVD's are available, and the usual memory sticks, memory cards, software, hardware, and more. It would be very hard to not find something you would like or need here, and the staff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I got quite an education on the different options available to me in terms of printers and scanners, and they definitely don't try to dupe you on the most expensive, and explain differences in options, as well as the price of printer ink and how much you'll need. Overall- great place to shop- if you work in an office or need professional office supplies at decent prices in large quantities. I have spent an unbelievable amount of time and money in this establishment but my Staples stint went awry today and I am NEVER coming back. I was using the disturbingly expensive, pay-per-minute computers in order to complete a mandatory assessment for work, when I discovered that the program the assessment is conducted on would not function on these computers. I asked the Copy and Printing Supervisor, whose name is too unimportant for me to recall, for help with the issue. She was quite the opposite of helpful and so I asked for a refund. What was her smug response, you ask? "Well I'll give you a refund this time, but it is your call whether or not to use these computers." Instead of blaming ME, the loyal CARD HOLDING CUSTOMER, how about you get some computers that actually work? read more
