If I need a shipper again there, I will try out the other option listed on the auction site, The UPS Shop, instead. This company flat ripped me off on shipping. They charged me $66.47 for a package of marbles that could have easily fit in and shipped in a medium USPS flat rate priority box. I even said that to the hoarse-voiced lady on the phone. She claimed that it wouldn't fit and that it was too heavy to ship that way. It was 9 lbs. I have had those same boxes packed full of heavy reloading lead shipped to me. Bottom line is that it should not have been a dollar over $45 at the very most including their fee, and I ship all the time. They also did an extremely poor packaging job. There was barely any cushion for vintage marbles. Two of the bags of marbles were busted open and all over in the box by the time I got them. The obviously repurposed packaging materials also smelled like mold. Absolutely pathetic. Never again.

I got up this morning and went to the Ship Center and watched my items get boxed up, added packaging to protect during shipping and my price out the door was $38.63. They also have a rewards program!! They have Penske trucks for rental! I've used that service as well! Also they make Banners, shirts, and any goodies you may need to promote your business! I've also used this service! All of this to say ~ I won't waste my Friday evenings after the Ship Center has closed going to UPS thInking it might be convenient this one time. IT definitely was not! Hair down to his mid-waist, fingernails nails I would estimate that 4 to 5 inches in length. This is the impression Verizon is making on me, which is a tad scary and a lot off-putting. He then pointed to an intern whom he advised was an intern who had absolutely no authority whatsoever, and, consequently, there was no point in talking to her. I am on a business account with my nephew's business, and, after advising this impressive Verizon employee (8 years of experience he informed me) )immediately advised me that he was not authorized to communicate with me. He then turns his back to me, walks away, and telephones my nephew. My nephew and I were not impressed. I then grabbed my phone(my problem was a crack in the front cover) and left the store. Verizon simply must not be interested in over-the-counter business in small retail. Absolutely disturbing.

Interaction #2: Even though there were no other customers in the store, the manager was annoyed to answer my questions and said I should call customer service instead of bringing my questions there. He passed me off to another (more pleasant) employee, left the store, and returned smelling strongly of marijuana. He then stood by and oversaw further mistaken adjustments to my account without noticing I was on the wrong plan for my situation. Interaction 3: The manager refused to take any responsibility for incorrect information given out by his employees and that he did not notice. He offered no assistance. He was rude and raised his voice. Resorting to phone customer service finally, I was only refunded $150 of $300. My advice: Go to any other Verizon location, not this one, or dial 611 for customer service rather than deal with incompetence and unpleasantness. Verizon should find a non-customer facing role for this current manager, train his much more pleasant employees so that they have correct information, and promote one of them into his position instead.
