If you need copying services or need help with printing it's best to find another place to do so. It may be that the people that are supposed to provide services in this part of the store are overworked and/or underpaid, but in the two times I tried to get help, the two men that were supposed to present such service were just not willing to do so and, what's worse, they were extremely rude about it. Tell me what customer goes to store and wants to be treated like crap? I don't. Very unpleasant people! read more

I feel sorry for staff. 1 front end guy managing Amazon, ups, and regular purchases. Line going out the door on a busy Saturday. No line separation based on needs. Person in front of me was directed to the printing/customer service for a return after standing in line for 15 minutes. My advice for the owners/management is either shut the place down entirely or staff it properly. You can't have it both ways. read more

Terrible customer service. This store is a hub for Amazon & other business returns, and they never have enough people working the returns register. The staff are slow to help, despite the return line, and you can see staff walking or standing around without asking if you need assistance. Also, the store is dirty, there is trash everywhere. read more

Do not use this location for returns. I dropped off a pair of glasses for a Happy Return on 10/5 and the guy at the counter scanned my barcode but didn't give me a receipt. 2 weeks later I find out that my glasses never arrived at the return location so now no one knows where they are and Staples is saying they are not responsible since THEY didn't give me a receipt. Pro: big parking lot, clean environment. Con: none Came in to staples because we needed to print something for a return package. The parking lot is big so no issue there. The self printing is very simple and the prompt on the printer will walk you through the process. Was in and out within 5-10 mins no issue. All in all, had a good experience here. read more

I stopped to drop off some packages to go to UPS. After standing in line for 20 minutes, I got to the counter and noticed one of my packages needed some tape. "We don't have any tape up here. You can go to the Amazon desk". I stated it was ridiculous that someone aiding CUSTOMERS who are shipping to UPS could not be helped when packaging had become loosened by a simple piece of packing tape - not loudly - and was told I was rude. By a 20 year old whose grandmother would be giving him a look about now. Needless to say, I will not be returning. On my WORST days, I'm not rude. And I don't need to be dressed down by a young man who can't be bothered to think outside the box or to ask someone else if they can help. read more

I have everything good to say about our Staples. Has there been a change in employees? Will was so helpful explaining Instant Ink to me, updating my phone with Staples Connect, and looking very hard for a bag that I left in my cart. When I asked where I could find a stand to hold paper beside my computer so I could copy the information, an employee walked me over and helped me find exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be that there is often no one at the cash register. Then I notice that the light is not on and I have to walk over to the copy desk to get checked out. read more

I went here this morning to use the self-serve printers and copiers to make some flyers. I left with what I needed, although the colors were a bit distorted from the original. We also had some issues getting the credit card scanner attached to the copier to cooperate. A friendly and knowledgeable associate helped us by inputting her employee code, which necessitated checking out at the register when we were done. At that point, we were "helped" by the copy center supervisor (per her nametag), who proceeded to cut us off while talking, snidely speak to the other employees, and just generally demonstrate poor customer service. I wish I'd caught the name of the original employee who helped us so I could share with management who should be promoted and who should be demoted! read more

This store is a perfect example of everything that is wrong about Staples as a company. The Copy and Print Center is extremely understaffed and the employees working there are rude. You guys need some new employees in the copy center. To the girl who works in the copy center, maybe you should pursue a different career, making copies and scans for people seems to be too hard for you. She didn't know the dpi of the scans I was asking for, paper weights of the paper I wished to get prints made on, and when I got back to look at my prints they were atrocious. Here's a helpful tip, scan the image, and then print it. Don't cut corners and just scan them like some lazy college kid. read more

I had an outstanding experience with Staples print operation staff on June 17-18. I had a relatively simple job which I twice fumbled on my end. Each time, a staff member called me (wish I'd gotten names) and pointed out the error which would have totally marred the product. Each time, they offered a fix. I have tried to use this store more than a couple of times. The staff is usually standing around with their thumbs up their backside talking to each other. If you need something the usual response is for them to motion with their head and respond it's over there or point to the copier/fax area and tell you the instructions are on the machine. The last time I tried to "use their services" two of the three copier/faxes were down - broken/unusable and the third was not responding to their "network". Their response " yeah, the network is down", very helpful. I use UPS or other places to copying and faxing now. I buy office supplies anywhere else, Walmart etc. , and I recommend everyone else do the same. After 2 years of trying to be a customer, I hope I am never forced to use Staples again! read more

Quite possibly THE worst store in Winchester ... not the worst Staples ... the worst place of business. The people are SO RUDE and completely unhelpful. Cashiers don't even acknowledge you, they just stare at you or look away. I stood at the copy center and watched six ... YES SIX employees, two of which wore the tan management shirts huddled around a computer. Not sure what they were trying to figure out but not 1 of the 6 could do it. I stood there for several minutes before someone even acknowledge I was standing there, and at least 4 of the 6 had looked over at me multiple times. Eh ... a customer ... who cares!? Their computer people are a joke. I asked about a monitor they had on display and not only did they not know if it was in stock, they didn't even know any of the specs (which were printed on the display tag). I would NEVER step foot in this store again if I didn't require their copy services. Guess I'll invest in a copy machine so I never have to go there again. read more
