    I have gone to this Staples a few times and there is always good service, the people are very helpful. I would have given them five stars except for the fact that they no longer do photos. I had called about doing a photo and they said to come in but when I got there they told me that it's only color photocopies they are not actually photos. Other than that I recently had an order that I needed quickly. It was for printer ink. had run out of ink and I needed to print some thing quickly and I didn't want to waste any time looking in the store for it. So I ordered it online along with a second item so I would get a discount. When I checked out I wanted to pick it up in the store and the only thing available was the ink. Picking it up in the store was very fast and very convenient because it was prepaid. The other item was delivered to me for free the very next day so I was extremely happy. I plan on supporting local businesses like this for items that they carry even if they are a few dollars more expensive than ordering from the big retailer that starts with an A.

    We had a really good experience with this location. Pursuant to finding a new computer chair we visited and were able to sit on many chairs they had in store to test. Do not buy a chair without sitting in it. They all feel super different. After wanting to order a chair the manager Joe was able to get it from a different location and we picked it up in a week. They were unable to ship it so that's the only downfall, but overall bc we were happy with the service.

    I use this location often & have always been pleased with their product selection, prices, great sales, clean and organized store, and consistently great customer service. This visit I had a question I had to work with a manager on. Initially I dealt with Lily, who provided me with information & a recommendation to talk with a manager. The store manager, Luis, confirmed the information, and went a step further to see if there were any additional options. Ultimately they were not able to help me today, but I appreciated their efforts and genuine concern so I still consider this a very positive experience, and will continue to be a loyal Staples customer.

First upon arrival the place is very sketchy looking with nothing on the door but a hung up banner that was half falling down. When I walked in, I thought there was no employee but as I approached the counter I realized that the employee was dead asleep in the chair. This was in the middle of the day. I wasn't sure if I should try waking him up, so I walked back out and back in to trigger the sound of the door alarm. They don't take any form of card payment, only cash app, Zelle, or cash (definitely not suspicious at all). I didn't get a receipt and I had to ask the employee if he needed my information so that he could call me when it was ready. He seemed flustered and said it was his first day. I'm assuming the fact he just woke up didn't help. I called the owner about two hours in to ask for an update and he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When he got to the store it was in fact not ready and took an additional 20 minutes. When I got the tablet back, the screen was "fixed" but the iPad did not work when trying to touch it. We brought it back in for the employee to say it was a "defective part". We had to wait an additional three hours for it to be corrected. I will say the owner was responsive via phone calls and yelp but that is the only positive I found. The price point is low, but there are competitors in the area that charge similar rates, I would recommend looking into those.
