It kept hanging up on calls and would not let them reconnect. For the first minute or two we can't gear each other. When the phone was on the counter or nightstand, it would open a bunch of websites. Other weird things we happening, but the final straw was when it refused to connect to my car. Jeremy fixed everything and even came to the car to ensure it connected well. He was upbeat and a pleasure to work with! He was very sincere and showed he wanted to make sure we were happy before we left.

I could only assume the employees last year no longer work here or something because customers would come in and a line will form yet no sign of acknowledgement was made and there were at least 5 more people in the back. The length process was undoubtedly shown. After patiently waiting after being told it would be an hour, turned into three hours later, I got my phone back only for the bottom left corner of the screen protector to be crinkled and wrinkled with a nail print indentation.... Like what? It was visible and yet the sloppy work was given to me past the counter. Smh. I brought it up and the tech that came from the back was not too pleased that I asked for it to be done again. As they didn't have a screen protector in stock, they made a file in the system that I needed the work to be done and they mentioned either the following Tuesday or Wednesday they will get a shipment and they would call me. I called Tuesday and they said no stock came and that once the screen protector comes in, the system will notify my work order in which they would call me. Come Sunday, I called and they said they had it in stock. Smh. I came, told a two hour labor turned three and half hours and finally got my new screen protector properly installed with no sign of scratches, crinkles, wrinkles or tampered. I work in retail and customer service so I was patient throughout the whole ordeal and showed no hostility unlike the other patrons, but I don't blame them as they were paying so this review would've been 1 had Samsung not covered it under warranty.

Myself and my boyfriend came in to help him package them up in store so I could record the entire process to have proof of what he sent in the box. My boyfriend tried to help by pre sectioning the tape so that the process went a bit faster to make the video as short as possible. He stuck the pieces of tape along the edges of the table so that my son could just grab and stick and not worry about the dispenser. As he finished up, we followed him (still recording) up to the register to hand the teller the box and get the receipt. My boyfriend left some of the tape on the table. Completely honest mistake. About 5 days later, my son had another 5k worth or cards to send, so we went in again to repeat process. This time he was more prepared and had ordered a bunch of small padded envelopes so we didn't need to mess with all of the tape. My boyfriend not realizing it started adding pieces of tape to the side of the table again. About 5 pieces in i stopped him saying we didn't need to do that this time since we had the padded envelopes. I took the tape off of the table (I'm 98% sure I took it all off). He finished packing and we walked the box up while recording and left. The following week, I went in alone with an Amazon return and was told by a very snooty employee that the manager didn't want me in the store anymore. I was completely thrown off and thought she was talking to someone behind me. She then told me it was because of the tape and that I continually go in and destroy their things. I asked to speak to the manager Rachel so that I could apologize and explain the situation. She was away for 2 weeks, so I contacted customer support to see where I should go from there. The girl that answered told me that it didn't sound right that I wasn't even given a warning or spoken to or given a chance to do anything about the matter. She told me to follow up with a claim and that she'd try to get the owner to contact me. About a week or 2 went by and no contact. I decided to go in and try to talk to the manager Rachel. This is someone I've spoken to and have delt with on many occasions. I told her that I wish she had come to me with the issue so I could have made it right. I apologized for any mess that my boyfriend may have left behind. She was nothing but nasty. Basically told me I was guilty by association because I was with him and I didn't take the tape off of the table. I completely forgot about the tape and it was an honest mistake. I'm not perfect. She kept telling me that it was done twice and that both times we left a bunch of tape on the table which wasn't true. She informed me that she was away and didn't witness either event and she hadn't even watched the security footage. She looked over at the rude employee and asked her if it happened twice. The girl shook her head yes. I asked the manager to please please look over the footage to see for herself that the employee is a liar. She refused and told me the ban still stands. I'm not allowed in the store anymore due to something someone else did...yet my son and boyfriend are allowed in. The best part is that the store owner is going along with it all and won't call me about the issue. He wants me banned as well!!! For something I didn't even do! Or should I say for something that I forgot to do apparently. I've never seen such childish power tripy behavior! I'll avoid all UPS stores from here on out. They added on lots of stuff I didn't ask for and refused to give me a refund. Repeated visits didn't fix anything. Lots of excuses and lies. The folks at the t-mobile 800# were marginally better. But just barely. I was still being overcharged and each kept pointing me at the other for a refund. Enter Stephanie and Katherine (manager) at this location. Fantastic. Even though they didn't make a dime off me, and even though these stores are independent agents (so profits aren't shared), they jumped in to help me. They called the District Manager. Called their support people at T-mobile. In the end, they got me what I was owed, some compensation for all the hassle, and cut my monthly plan cost in half. After going to another Metro at Osceola Pkway and being mistreated and getting NO help at all. We decided to visit this one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and felt welcomed. The young man who approach us was very friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. He transferred my phone and also my husband's ( since he had also got a new phone as a gift for Christmas). We ended up getting a Samsung tablet for free ( with using a previous credit we had in our account). We really appreciate all the help we got, specially from Emmanuel, like I said he was so helpful and has amazing customer service skills. The company has a great access to their team! This is the place to go if you want to be treated with respect, care and attention. We will definitely be back!
