They give you a bike lock and paper map with suggested places to visit or you can do the guided tour with one of their tour guides. I saw one in passing and it looked pretty fun. The bikes come with a little bag on the front to hold the lock and other small things. You also have the option to add a cell phone holder or basket to the bike, even a picnic add-on (basket, reusable wine glasses, blanket, & coupons). I would definitely use their bikes again!

Unfortunately the Asian lady owner told him to get out. He came out, and told us he was told to get out. Soon after, she came out yelling at everyone "Get out of my doorway! I have a business to run, too!" So I went in, and the first thing she said was "What do you want?!" I told her that my nephew went inside to actually look at bikes. She said "no! You are blocking my shop!" It's too bad that she was so rude because we were actually thinking about renting bikes from her shop. She's an embarrassment to my Asian people. No wonder this country still looks at us as foreigners.

It's also important to do this tour on your 1st or 2nd day of vacation, because our tour guide recommended so many shopping, activities, and food places that came in handy when needed later on! If we did the tour on a later day we probably would have felt we "missed out" on food or activities that were suggested and didn't have the time to try out. The bikes were comfy for 2 hours they had upgraded seats and a basket for purse/ water. The 2 hours flew by! We loved every second of the tour, you really ride through all of Savannah and nothing gets missed. Weather was nice and cool in the morning, plus there was no traffic so I'd suggest an earlier tour before people start getting out and about. It was really easy with minimal traffic not worrying about cars or walkers.

This place was the closest option and was even walkable from our hotel, which made it super convenient. I originally wanted to rent a regular bike without any power assistance, but apparently my only option was an electric bike. I was definitely uncomfortable at first since it was my first time riding one, but after a little while I got the hang of it and honestly would recommend giving it a chance. The pedal assist ended up making the rides a lot more enjoyable, especially in the heat. We ended up riding close to 30 miles over two days and got to see so much more of the island than we would have if we had just driven everywhere. We were told the bikes could even glide across the sandy beach if we wanted to try that, but the sun was just too intense for us to attempt it. We rented the bikes for 24 hours, and the total came out to over $100. The bikes themselves had a range of around 50 miles, which was more than enough for exploring. The owner still personally runs the business, and he was incredibly pleasant and sweet. I always love supporting small businesses, especially ones that make your vacation experience even better.

As other reviews stated they had the same problem. It cost me 2K to have it repaired with less than 40 hours on it. Tractor supply sells bighorn but they will not guarnatee to back the warranty. The owner has a bad attitude and has told his customers to go elsewhere. I would think twice about buying a bighorn as in my opinion they are a piece of junk.
