Most of those reviews were from two years ago or longer, so I figured I'd roll the dice since proximity is a big deciding factor for me. I was not disappointed at all. The counter attendant was pleasant, polite, and answered all my questions. The turn around time for picking my items up was quicker than I had imagined. I dropped off on Monday mid morning and received a text Wednesday mid morning that my items were ready! That's a LOT faster than I'm used to back in Orlando. Only qualm I had was the nearly $30 price tag for a suit jacket and suit pants. I likened this to inflation and unfamiliarity with a new city. So take it for what it's worth to you. All this to say. Don't trust the old reviews on this location. They did great for me!

Two of the times I was given a pick up date and time and upon going to retrieve my items, they were not ready. One of the items took an additional three days and then when I received the item, they turned my white dress pink. Another item has some silk, and they have completely stained the silk and made it look worse than when I brought it in. I DO NOT recommend. Not to mention it is very pricey.
