Andrew was promptly available for appointments, took precise measurements, and created a highly detailed design diagram so we could collaborate on dimensions, materials, and placement. After their process was explained to us, we felt comfortable that they would most likely do a good job. And, they did! Our patio looks great! The guys who did the job worked really hard and were meticulous. Due to weather issues, the job was delayed a few weeks. While unavoidable, that was disappointing. What made it a lot less frustrating was the very timely communication by Andrew, always keeping us updated on status. He was a real pleasure to work with. Our patio should look good for many years, but if we ever need resurfacing again, we would definitely use Infinity.
