We had three bids; this was the most thorough. Ofec, the project manager sat down and explained everything they would do. He was a great communicator throughout the job. We needed some wood replacement and were shown drone shots of the condition. The job started soon after the bid and finished well ahead of the projected time. I've never been a big fan of asphalt shingles, but these are triple thick so the shingles shadow like tile, not too much different from the irreparable broken slate/like roof we had before. Had a great experience with some roof repairs on house that is over 100 years old. Ofek came out for a free estimate, and was very upfront and honest about what needed to be completed. I had another estimate from a different company who said I needed to have my roof replaced immediately and that they couldn't believe that my inspector said the roof was okay. However, Ofek agreed with what the inspection report said and stated that repairs and partial replacement in a small area of the roof is sufficient to get me through this next rainy season. Ofek was very communicative from the beginning, and ensured to keep me updated throughout. When there was an unexpected additional cost, he walked me through the solution and gave me an estimate right away. The crew did a fantastic job and even finished earlier than expected. They were also so friendly and nice, and even offered to help me move some of my heavier boxes outside once I had moved in. They actually showed up for their quote on time and didn't flake on me like another 5 star roofer listed.
