No true complaints but there were a few fuzzy's on one of the black uniforms but not a big deal. Its located in a strip mall and the parking is shared with other businesses. The parking lot could be a bit busy depending on the time. The staff was nice and friendly. I would return again.

Very personable and accommodating. They pick up in our neighborhood on Tuesdays and Fridays and have everything back the following Tuesday or Friday. They once went out of their way to pick something up from my house after I'd forgotten to call for a pick up the night before.

Their website AND Google listing said they were open on Saturdays. Lo and behold, he gets there Saturday morning at 10am sharp, and they are closed. Multiple other people arrived to drop off clothes because they were also under the impression that they were open. My husband ended up having to go to three suit stores to try to find a similar suit (he was a groomsman) and spent $350 on a new suit. The suit did not match perfectly and he looks out of place in the wedding photos. He also missed the groomsmen lunch. It was an extremely stressful morning to say the least. I also looked at the reviews, and the owner was aware that the site is incorrect and didn't bother to change it! It has been a month since this occurred, and the hours are still not updated. We contacted the store, and they said that the hours are correct on desktop, but not on mobile devices. I would say that the majority of people looking into the hours for a store are probably doing so on their phone. We requested a reimbursement for the suit and they declined. Horrible, horrible service, especially considering they knew their hours were misrepresented before this even happened to us and they had an opportunity to correct them. I received back my dress with incorrect measurements of tailoring, $33.90. I was told to go see Kang, tailor, at the Dougherty ferry location which is inconvenient because he is only there from 7am-1pm M-F. I told him I was unhappy and he spent 5 minutes arguing with me about the tailoring instead of just getting me in fitting room to correct the issue. He also mentioned it would cost more to address the error and he would not refund $33.90 spent on the incorrect tailoring. I was going to give them another chance with tailoring and dry clean, but now They have lost all of my business due to their poor customer service.

Just the fact that she remembers her customers is certainly saying something! For regular services, I think they're pretty average on pricing. I got a skirt hemmed for around $10 and patches were about the same. The interior of the place is always fresh and clean, most likely because they're less than a year old. Keep up the good work!

The shop is located in Crestwood plaza close to Walgreens so it's perfect since I live nearby. They are open until 7pm which works even better for me! I dropped off my coats on a Monday and was asked when I needed it by. I didn't really need it by any certain time as it just started warming up that week again and I still have a couple of other coats I can wear in case it got cold so I asked for their usual turnaround time. He told me Friday of that same week that my coats will be ready for pickup. Friday was Christmas Eve, however, and we got so busy running around prepping for Christmas that I did not get the chance to pick my items up until the following Monday. Pick-up was a breeze though. Handed the lady the ticket and she grabbed my items, I paid for it and that was that. My coats look clean and most importantly, the smoky smell was gone from one of them. I previously wore one of my coats outside where there was a bon fire and could not air out the smoke. The cost for 2 coats was around $33. Not sure if it's pricey or not but I would say about the same when compared to the other dry cleaning shop I go to. I'm glad to have found this place and I'm glad they stay open longer. It looks to be a family-owned business with photos of the family hanging on the walls. The people working there were very nice and accommodating. They also perform repairs and alterations in addition to their garment cleaning services!
