The four or five copy boxes marked "To Shred" that sat in the waiting area, likely chock full of valuable, identifying information just asking to mysteriously walk out the door made me a bit nervous. If they address that then our experience was entirely positive.

But quickly walked out after I heard the employees speaking ill about a customer that just left. I went to leave a bad review and decided to look into why these companies have bad ratings ..and wow, it looks like the owner John C or Britney C (same picture on both companies) has the nerve to actually look up the people using their personal information provided to find out who they are to belittle them..I'm sure in a failed effort to get them to remove their review. The owner obviously is a narcissist, who is condescending, and believes he does no wrong in any of these replies. It is unacceptable how the owner targets these members of the community. Someone should look at these companies to see if it is illegal for what he is doing. After all, it is our right to leave a negative review after a negative experience.

I had ordered some packages and i used their UPS location for safety reasons since the websites had them as a UPS access point. One package was received accepted but i was told that they do not accept packages and they will start rejecting them. When asked if they could accept my last one and id never use them as an access point again they said yes no problem, but they did reject it. I had to jump through hoops to figure out how to get my package back, the website i ordered from flagged their business and I'm waiting for UPS to call me back to file a complain. Do not use them as a UPS access point. Or any access point.
