I went to leave a bad review and decided to look into why these companies have bad ratings ..and wow, it looks like the owner John C or Britney C (same picture on both companies) has the nerve to actually look up the people using their personal information provided to find out who they are to belittle them..I'm sure in a failed effort to get them to remove their review. The owner obviously is a narcissist, who is condescending, and believes he does no wrong in any of these replies. It is unacceptable how the owner targets these members of the community. Someone should look at these companies to see if it is illegal for what he is doing. After all, it is our right to leave a negative review after a negative experience.
