We had lvp done on our basement stairs and ended up 5 short. They told us that wasn't their problem. We now have to wait another 2 weeks for them to come back to complete the stairs. We were also told that haul away of our old carpet was included. They left a houseful of old carpet on our front lawn because "it smells". It's 25 year old carpet that has pet stains which is why we were replacing it. Now we have all that old carpet and padding sitting on my grass until next week when we have to pay for bulk pickup to get it. It's just sad that what started out as a great experience has turned into a very bad experience by the people installing, who we learned are contractors and don't actually work for Big Bob's.
