Unfortunately, my most recent experience was nothing short of disappointing. I brought in a dress that simply needed the shoulder pads removed and a thorough pressing. I arrived on the agreed-upon pickup date, only to find my garment not hanging with the freshly pressed items, but rather sitting by the sewing machine. When the attendant handed it over, she assured me it had been pressed, yet the dress was visibly wrinkled, especially around the area where the shoulder pads had been removed. It was clear that the pressing had either been done hastily or not at all. I pointed out the wrinkles on the spot, but she insisted repeatedly that it had been pressed. I couldn't help but feel dismissed as I stood there, holding a dress that looked far from finished. I was charged $28 for the removal of the shoulder pads and the pressing. For a garment that came back looking more crumpled than when I dropped it off. I hope this was an off day, but based on this experience, I would hesitate to return or recommend their services for anything beyond the most basic of tasks.
