Saturday afternoon our huge class-a motorhome suffered an engine failure and we were towed to a repair shop that did not even try to deliver on the promise to fix our problem the next day (their website looked great but they were anything but capable). Long story short, we had to get out of that situation and that's when we stumbled upon Dave and his OUTSTANDING crew. We called for the tow asking to be brought to a much safer place (Route 66 RV) where we planned to wait for a mobile technician to get us going again. When Dave heard our story he informed us about Cummins' RV & pet friendly gated waiting area with power hookups and he even contacted one of their managers Sunday evening at our request to confirm availability. We're now safely in Cummins' service queue where the work will surely be done right and we have Dave to thank for that. To us, Dave is a true savior, a VERY GOOD man who obviously runs his operations honestly AND truly cares about his customers. BTW - AAA even told me that Dave's towing fees were "very reasonable" when we told them about being towed again. There really are good and honest people in this world and Dave and his crew certainly are on that list. THANKS Dave!!!!

You know it's never a good situation when suddenly your car refused to start. I was stressed out…read moreand in a total shit moment when a used car that I bought suddenly decided not to start up again after it was working until the time I parked at a parking lot of a shop in center city ABQ. I called the car fixing company that I trusted (thanks to C&S Automotive) and after asking me some questions about what I could do for my car to see if it would start (it would not!), they recommended I get my car towed to their shop so they could help take a look....an that's when I looked up on Yelp and called InterCity Towing company. The operator was very kind and understanding. They took the time to politely answer the call, get some information (car type, pickup and drop off places) and give some estimates on what it might cost (REALLY reasonable by the way)...and time it would take to dispatch the towing truck to the place I got stucked (less than 30 min away by the way!). Before 30 minutes passed, Rusty showed up all smiley and friendly. He was quick to determine how to get my car out of the parking lot...let me be a kid to even play with his truck to up and tow my car onto his truck a bit..and poof..we were on the way to my preferred carshop. He was friendly (I learned he has been driving/towing for the past 17 years!!...and talked about some towing drives that he had to make interstate to Florida, etc, too...dang what a life!!!) and genuine and I was very happy I picked InterCity Towing and thankful that I had Rusty who was totally a sweetheart guy to help make me feel like my car situation was well taken care of. At the drop off, he also helped talk to my car shop and pointed out some issues he saw with my car in case the car shop could see if there was a problem with it, too. Thank you!...I'm very thankful for Rusty's service and kindness! Thank you! I hope I never get to be in a towing situation again...but if in an unfortunate situation that I needed my car to be towed again in greater ABQ area, Inter City will be my one and only one choice again!

My Tesla got a flat while in Albuquerque, called Tesla roadside assistance at 1pm mst, who then…read morecontracted Macy's towing, Macy's quoted the Tesla agent a truck was available right away and it would be 15 minutes for the tow to arrive, a service appointment was booked given the time frame the agent was quoted at the same time they booked the tow, I was listed as a will wait for tire service which was to be done the same business day, after waiting several hours, the less than stellar tow driver finally contacted me at 4:30pm stating he would be ready to pick up my car in 45 minutes he had just woke up from a nap and seen that he had to tow me but still needed to eat something first, when he arrived he seemed under the influence asking if I still wanted a tow and babbling on, at this point the service center was closed causing me to be stranded until the next afternoon for what was to be a same day service. Would not recommend Macy's towing to my worst enemy. The hour and a half worth of sentry mode footage I recorded of him sitting in the tesla lot after dropping my vehicle sure makes him and macy's tow company look some kind of way.
