I scheduled a fill through their website and called to add on a pedicure. as he finished up my nails, two ladies came in for pedicures (no appointments) which they quickly put in chairs and I was expected to wait. Then several days later, I booked a pedi (through their website) got there and was immediately seated by Kim (owners wife) and half way through my pedi and Chris came up to me and said that they actually couldn't take me today because they were booked (he tried to call me) "but it's okay because we got you in".
