In Lodi a drunk woman decided to hit my truck in the parking lot and proceed to drive home like nothing happened. Long story short, a cop was in the right place at the right time and followed her to an apartment where she was arrested for DUI and the judge made her pay restitution. Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. They provide great service with quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Dings and Dents Gone for anybody looking for a fair priced repair on a car in need of some body work.

I picked the car up 11am, when I got home & realized the light they replaced was no longer on the car I called at 2pm to get assistance with their mistake. The shop is refusing to fix a light that was improperly installed, not to mention it's only a $20 part. Take your car to a shop that actually cares and has integrity! Edit : The courtesy would have been appreciated if the part was actually installed correctly and you did not repeatedly replace the part. Just because you did not write on the paper "reflector light" does not mean it is not your responsibility.

They also managed to go above and beyond and got the paint from the pole off my car and fixed the dent. Was in an accident over a year ago and still dealing with issues from this shops horrendous repairs. Initially following the accident the shop did not even bother to do proper inspections and missed several damaged areas that should have been immediately noticed had they done their job correctly. Such as our radiator was clearly damaged and had been leaking coolant everywhere following the accident which we told them when the tow truck brought in and was also very clearly obvious just from looking at. However after several weeks of them having the car and "fixing" it, they didn't even catch or check the radiator and attempted to tell us that car was repaired and ready for pick up. We had to be the ones that asked about the radiator and they had no idea it was even severely damaged. Then after having it for additional time to finally replace the radiator, we get the car and have been dealing with non stop issues ever since. We ended up taking it into our actual Toyota dealership because we refused to bring it back to certified after the horrible experience. Toyota has come now come across a significant amount of issues where parts where put In backwards/upside down, missing all together, or left loose and unsecured. We are pursuing things further with our insurance but absolutely avoid this repair shop at all costs.
