Marcos and the NAB team helped me out immensely after I had an accident that damaged my car and screwed up the alignment. Marcos was empathetic and professional and worked with me to mitigate the cost of my repairs because I was paying out-of-pocket. He called me weekly while my car was there with periodic updates on parts orders and any new issues. There was additional damage discovered underneath my vehicle which increased the repairs by about $300 above the initial estimate which I expected, though I do wish I'd had a more thorough inspection performed initially. Marcos and his guys do great work. I dented the top rail of my Silverado tailgate and to get a new tailgate & have it painted would have cost me $3K. Marcos removed mine and removed the dent & repainted and replaced the trim. Honestly, it looks better than new. His pricing was very good as well. He also uses great products and warrantied his shop's work for 5 years. The best thing is he will answer emails if you are too busy to call. Great shop to deal with. Lastly, do not get Marcos confused with the previous owner. Marcos bought this shop in 2021. The previous owner had his way of doing things and Marcos is NOTHING like that. Best auto body shop in Manteca had my car looking better than I brought in and they fixed it in no time and updates

Had my driver door on my 2015 f150 damaged while having an oil change at autoshop. They said they wanted to have national do the body work so they didn't have to turn into insurance. After two trys and three weeks it's the worst body work and paint job I've ever seen. Now I'm having to take it somewhere else through autoshops insurance. Wrong metal flake in paint, wave in door, plus more scratches then before they did work on it. He thinks it looks OK though. It also came back with white overspray on my red paint. read more

Well I recently got hit by someone and my insurance could cover in a city 1.5 hrs away from me or I could pick the Auto Body of my choice and they would cover. Well my husband reminded me of them and we took my 2012 Nissan Sentra there. Could not be happier with the work. If I could give it a zero star rating I would, that's how bad this place is. I came here to get my whole car painted and had some dents removed. I dropped the car of 9/24/2016. The owner said that it would tier 4 weeks for him to finish the job. 4 weeks comes along. I get no calls or text telling me it's done. I call him and he says he says he's almost done and that he just has to buff and polish it. A week goes by and I get no call so I call him. He says that he still not done and to give him another week and to come by the next weekend. I go to the shop and no one is there. I wait around a hour and finally he shows up. I look at the car and it not done yet. There's orange peel and drips all over. He says that he can't finish it because the paints not dry yet and I have to come back in a month to get it wet sanded and buffed. On top of that he just painted over the front emblem, missed a part of the door and didn't sand the rear bumper down so that you can see the old chips from original paint. So this whole month the car was there already giving me excuses saying he just has to polish it was a lie. So after a month I bring the car back and he tells me it will take him a week to finish it up. Basically week turns into another month without any communication. I go there to pick up the car and there is swirls all over and still drips. I have to leave the car for another week for them to fix it. Now I finally have the car and it's far from a good job but I just wanted my car back. How can you run a business without letting your customers what is going on. Who the hell paints over emblems?! The Son of the owner tried to tel me because the dad only quoted me $2000 that I shouldn't expect a decent job. Well if you told me I would get a crap job and miss my car for basically 3.5 months I wouldn't have went there. DO NOT COME HERE! read more
