During this trip to Nashville, the kids (specifically my son) asked that we return to Star Struck Vintage. Our last experience was really nice. The pieces we found then are still well-loved and worn often. Although it has been over a year, the place felt very familiar. It was clean and organized the same way. It didn't take long for the son to find a couple shirts. He even found shirts for me and his Dad. :) We fully understand that the price for well-curated vintage items have gone up in the past couple of years. This was obvious during this visit. But overall, we still found their pricing fair for the age, condition and subject matter of each item. Star Struck Vintage has become a favorite. I purchased what I thought was an original vintage Dolly Parton t-shirt from '94, because the photo online showed the copyright logo. However, once it finally arrived, I instantly knew it was a brand new FAKE BOOTLEG that you can easily buy on eBay, Amazon, or google shopping for around $20, not the $75 I paid for. No copyright or tag, double stitched, and big black ink mark going through Dolly's face, not the same shirt that was shown online. Just be cautious of what your buying from this person/store and expect to wait about a month for your bootleg order to be shipped out. This clothing boutique was very over priced. The woman who ran the store was not friendly. She stayed on her phone the entire time. Made us feel very unwelcome. Didn't even acknowledge that she had 6 customers in the store. There was only clothing and no actual vintage or antiques in the store. Just clothes from 1990-2010. You can get anything like that at almost any other store for MUCH cheaper. It was 150$ for a single dress and the boots were 125$ which is the price of new boots. If I were to pay that much on clothes I'd expect them to be worn by Dolly Parton her self. read more

I went to this store randomly over the weekend and was blown away. I thrift all the time and this store has immediately become my favorite place to go. It has a thoughtfully curated collection of graphic tees, denim jackets, leather jackets, unique vintage dresses, cowboy boots (my favorite), Levi 501's and 505's jeans and shorts, and slip dresses. I had to leave fast before I spent all of my money! :) I'll be back for sure. read more

Updated review: I'm updating my review because when there's such huge change you must tell people! When we walked in we were greeted and they were smiling and more than happy to help. She really tried to help me find what I was searching for. They moved into a bigger space next door and it's so much easier to navigate now. Their prices are for the most part better than most of the cities. I went in hoping my first experience was a fluke, and I believe it was just an off day for all of us. They are constantly bringing in new things and have a wide range from 50s and beyond! I'd highly suggest this place! I'll try and visit every time I'm in town from now on. Old review: Tons of 70's and 80's fashions! They also have a great selection of fur coats and menswear. Everything was very organized but crowded. You could easily spend hours in here they have so much. Don't let the little spot fool you. My first time going to this store was amazing. The store owner was extremely gracious and helpful. Just the whole feel of the place is super cool. She sets it up like a vintage boutique kind of a place. I bought a cool motorcycle jacket. I wish I could post a pic. And a vest. I'm going to dress my whole band from articles in the store. Such a great vintage shop with plenty of items in a wide range of price points to fit within every budget. The store is neatly organized with handbags and accessories in the front, male and female shirt racks, one full rack dedicated to women's fur jackets/coats both real and faux along with a larger selection of pants, flannels, and dresses. I scored a beautiful 1960s era leopard small handbag in great shape that was marked down from $75 to $40. I also was talked into (it wasn't hard) into purchasing a 70s/80s pink dress with the pleated capelet attached on top. It was pricier than I would have normally paid at $78, but I was on vacation, my friend's oldest daughter was singing it's praises, and it is the perfect fabulous piece to wear to celebrate an upcoming milestone birthday. I want to start by saying I used to love this place although I've always ordered online since I'm out of state. I've never had a problem until the last shirt I ordered. I wore it once and turned it inside out and used the very gentle hand wash cycle on my machine and I always hang them to dry however all of the crystals were coming off. It was like they were a strand and all connected instead of individually placed as some of my other shirts. I contacted the owner, Shane, and she said normally it would be my fault because I washed it but she would fix it this one time. Well I needed the address to send it to and she kept avoiding my Etsy & IG messages. When she finally responded she was very rude and so I decided I would just take the loss because I didn't want to have anything to do with her or her shop ever again. BUYER BEWARE. Amazing little vintage shop; it's around the back side of the big building, next to the restaurant! They have a wonderful selection. Oh my lanta! I'm obsessed with this spot. So easy to find with great signage all around the building. It is an absolute treasure chest! I went in and asked for where to find something fringe and unique. Shane pulled several pieces including a black suede shorts romper with red leather roses accenting the shoulders.
