This place is Janky. I also got a fake Aspire Nautilus like the previous reviewer. And it was a premium price. The serial number had been checked over 9100 times. Lol. I've also had problems with it since the first day. Makes sense. On top of it, they sold expired juice and wouldn't give a deal on it. The juice I normally like was brown and it's usually yellow. They also wouldn't match a price for coils, which was way higher than other places. I'm no cheapo, and I definitely don't have time to go back there for a refund (especially with the BS parking situation), but needless to say I will never go back. I also do not recommend at all. It might be cool for people who don't know about Vape stuff and don't know any better, but eventually people will figure them out and go elsewhere. You've been warned! Fake items, high prices, expired juices (you have to point it out as they will just sell it as normal regardless of the obvious discoloration), and overall unwillingness to try to EARN any future business from me. Trying different vape shops has become a hobby of mine, particularly due to the influx of popularity. I made the trip from kirkland after seeing all of the positive reviews, but sadly I was a little dissappointed. Although it isn't their fault, the construction on 99 makes it very difficult to visit here. Luckily it's on the corner, so if your going west on 200th, you can easily enter the back parking lot. I parked in the Costco lot and walked. It's pretty cramped inside and there aren't any chairs to sit and test the vapor flavors. If there were, I might be inclined to stay a bit longer and in turn, buy more. They have a HUGE selection of Two Peas in a Pod, a brand I like very much and the 2 for $20 is a good deal. They had some other brands as well and also informed me that they get something new every week. Their rewards system would only be a deal if this was the only shop you visited. Buy $100 get $10 off your next purchase. If I'm in the area, I'll visit. But only when construction is finished. read more

This place is BAD. First off, they do not have prices marked on anything so they can jack up the price as they see fit. I've heard they sell fakes. I purchased an ipv4 $125 on June 1st.I paid full price at a b&r because I've been sorry I ordered online in the past. Zero customer service online. So when Aiden looked me in the eye and said " I guarantee THIS device" I ponied up the cash and didn't even dicker about the price. This morning I suddenly started getting SHORT! message on the screen when I tried to fire any rda or tank. But since I had built a relationship with Aiden and had paid full price for the stated reason of customer service I felt confident that I would be fairly treated. When I got to the store and explained the circumstances Aidens affect changed completely from what had been friendly and helpful to openly confrontational . He implied that I must have "done something" by using improper settings. Whatever that means. He wanted to know if I still had the manual. Was he implying that I should have read the manual. He couldn't get my ipv4 to fire no matter what he did. When I calmly insisted that he honor his guarantee he said if he replaced my device it would come out of his paycheck. I remembered him telling me soon after he opened that it was his store. He told me today that the owner was an old Korean guy that barely speaks English. Because I don't really care if it's his shop or not, and in an attempt to calm him down I smiled and said " I'm not calling you a liar,I just want you to do the right thing ". The man responded by calling me a liar. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. My response was an astonished smile. In the end I walked out with a functioning device, but he told me not to come back because he doesn't want to hear my complaining. I've had many problems with them I bought some items and they all seem to be problematic really problematic their battery wouldn't charge even though when I got it they told me it took any phone charger and then when I went back in to talk to him about it they tried not giving me a replacement battery and telling me I needed to buy one of their chargers. This is the first vape store I've been to. It's changed a lot since the beginning and its a good change. They have Star Wars gear all over the place witch is a plus cause I'm a big Star Wars fan. Their employees have good knowledge for the beginners and have gear for the more advanced vapors. Good menu of juices too. If I had my RDA, they would have set me up for free. I went there as a beginner and was totally turned off. After talking to them for a bit I wanted to get 2 tanks for my iStick eLeaf and decided on getting one with a juice and some overpriced coils (half the price on the iStick site). I was talking with both guys, one about the products and the other one asked me a few times, one or two tanks, I had said one several times. Then the other guy offers me a second one for $20 cash, so just no tax and I said ok. As I was leaving I looked at my charge receipt which was only a total, no itemized receipt of what I bought. It seemed awful high for what I got. I went right be in and requested an itemized receipt and it had two tanks. So they had charged me for three total, one cash. I asked for the money back and they gave it to me and said it was a misunderstanding. Sure didn't seem that way to me. I went into a shop very near and out of 4 customers that walked in while I was there, three had had issues with Star Vape. The other shop is bigger, more of a selection, way cheaper on the real items and the kid was very pleasant that works the counter. Haven't and won't ever go back to Star Vape. read more

This vape shop is the most terrible cape shop out there. I went in to get my husband a vape for his birthday. I let Adian know I know nothing about vapes or how they work and I wanted quality and durability for my husband because he drops things and needs a sturdy vape. Adian was rude to me in our conversation and I didn't learn anything from him. He convinced me to buy their most expensive vape and promised durability and quality. I also bought two oils. He wouldn't explain how to put the vape together he just did it and got mad when I asked questions because I didn't understand. I left that store spending over $300! I thought I was getting the best gift for my husband that I could. My husband came in the store the next day with problems with the vape and questions. It turns out the tip of the vape is not connected. It just sits there and will just fall off if in your pocket. My husband bought several oils and a pouch to put the vape in and was assured the vape was sturdy and wouldn't fall apart. He also bought a new battery so he could have three. We found the same exact model on the internet made by the same company for about 45$ and the top attachment for $15. This was from the company that was a manufacturer of the vape and they had no idea why I was charged so much. The top piece of the vape fell off since it's not attached and I called to complain about the vape not being durable as they said and the price I paid for it. Adain told me the price was just the retail price and the others were probably not the real product although I told him it was the manufacturer we talked to. He hung up me and wouldn't give me the owners name and number. This place is taking advantage of people new to vape and has no ethical business practices. Don't be fooled by them.
