The Xhale store has become a most distressing place to deal with. All the former employees are gone, like Dalton. The new staff are the most uptight, difficult, unpleasant sorry bunch of people you'll ever have the misfortune of meeting if you decide to shop here, which I hope you don't. These are Xhale's new mottos: It's not my problem I don't care All sales are final Xhale has already lost half their customer base.. Hours go by, and no one comes in. The people that patronized Xhale liked to shoot the shit with the employees, and vice versa.. You can't do that anymore with these new people. The sense of being on the same level as the guys working there that's gone.. Nobody feels simpatico with these uppity, frowning new people. They look at you like a disapproving parent... Traveling from out of state and I really needed a vape. This shop has a huge selection of flavors and pretty much anything you need to get you puffing. Dalton and Colt were fantastic. Stop by and ask for them, they are great at explaining the in and outs and are all about getting you the flavor you need especially with any deals they are currently running. Early this year I posted a 3 star review for Xhale Vapor: I was unhappy about a "be right back" sign during business hours, waiting until my patience ran out & still no one was "right back". But I'm over that now, and I'm back to amend my review. Over the last few months, Xhale has completely won me over. My former 3 star opinion is now a solid 5 stars, and here's why: The staff. They are always, ALWAYS friendly. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their inventory. They take time to learn what we (the customer) prefer, which in turn makes their recommendations thoughtful and worth considering. If they are unfamiliar with a particular product (which doesn't happen often), they aren't afraid to admit it, but you can bet the next time you stop in they'll remember your question (even if you don't!) and they'll have the answer you need! The inventory: it's another reason love Xhale. The selection is good, the stock is mostly consistent, and the brands they feature are higher quality than the average vape shop fare. Prices are somewhat above average, but for me this is acceptable and balanced out by their business hours. Sure, you might find the same product for less at another shop, but not after 9pm you won't! The elf bars are so bad, they have a powdery old taste. I came back because the manager said some are bad in a batch, after my last review. Plus the only one open in the area. Bought a pack of Melon Zigzags & found out they were dry and crispy. I went back to the store to get it exchanged and/or refund but the rude little girl said she didn't know if she could. So I let it go & bought more wraps. They were dry as well. I came back to talk to someone else & he said he couldn't return it. It's a smoke shop that sells shit you CANNOT use to smoke. Ellie is knowledgeable and extremely helpful with kratom. She recommends I try Red Borneo Kratom as she has been getting feedback from customers it is good for pain. I did yard work that weekend and my lower back received relief with just four Red Borneo Kratom. Also, she is professional, courteous, and obviously enjoys what she is doing. Guy in the store said I could return my puffs if they were ever broken or leaky. Next time I go there I buy 4 and open up one that night. Juice was all over it and the store was closed by now so I went back next day and they wouldn't take it back. Almost sure their products are counterfeit too but claim they are real and then don't accept returns. read more

These guys suck- stopped in at 9:30 as hours posted show 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM weekdays the Open light/sign is on but the doors are locked so I went next door to starbucks for coffee & breakfast came back at 10:00 AM open light still on but the doors are still locked.
