I came out of the other side of the car wash and had to instantly leave the parking lot because it was crowded and there was nowhere to stop and look at the car. When I was finally able to stop and look at the car, it was still dirty. The car wash did a terrible job. I called the number on my receipt, which was the corporate offices and what they told me was that I should've paid for a higher level wash if I wanted my car to be cleaner. That is not an acceptable answer to me. They said that there was no phone at the location, but that I could email the general manager who oversaw the location on Villa Avenue, Fairfield CT, to report my displeasure with the job and to see how he wanted to handle it. Mr. Amso never responded to my email. I will never go back to Russell Speeders car wash in any location. They are a total rip off, and do not stand behind their product/workmanship.

I am a car guy, love my cars and like to keep them as clean as possible. I was looking for a detailer in the area and took the chance on this business based on a yelp review. The place is a bit hard to find, on a side street off main, but they do have a decent sized detailing area and parking space. The paint on the Audi was already in good shape but the interior needed some cleaning. Since it is an old car, almost 20 years old, I was willing to take a chance with the paint correction and the ceramic coating. It is almost a days long effort, but when I went to pick the car up, It did looked brand new! Me and my daughter's excitement can not be explained when we looked at the final product as the car had transformed, smelt great, had a nice shine and the ceramic coating enhanced the colors of the window panel and is most noticeable on the windshield as the clarity has greatly improved. Other areas that I would call out are the headlights which were restored and the engine bay, which showed colors that I had not seen before post cleaning. Keeping all the improvements aside what I liked about the service was that these are honest, hardworking folks, who take pride in their work. Jose had the same big smile as we did when we went to inspect the car. Now that is a sign of a person who stands behind his work. It has been three weeks so far and the car still looks great. He and his crew do great work, and the value of their detailing packages is great. I asked if they had something to remove it before the wash. They have an in-house tree sap expert. When I asked if he could use something on it, he said I needed to have the car detailed. I didn't have time for detail. Fast-forward using AI I found out that isopropyl alcohol will work. The spots are gone. It literally would have taken the tree sap expert 15 seconds to do the same thing that I did when I got home.
